Despite a shocking year for the Dees a few players have really stepped up. None more so than Jack Watts and Steff Martin and I'm glad they're gunning it today.

That said, it's no great achievement to thump Freo at the MCG on a Sunday when we play like rubbish against Victorian teams.

Sounds like Garland has done the ankle again...

Swore profusely as he was coming off the ground and straight into the rooms. FFS, we can never just enjoy a game can we?

Hope it's the ankle and not the foot.

Yep heres to hoping it's the ankle, seemed to roll it. But didn't like the head shaking, he seems to know its bad. Pity because he has made a great return after looking underdone last week in the 2's.

Garland appeared to be walking quite freely as he returned to the bench prior to the start of the last quarter... so hopefully, it's more precautionary than anything else.
