I met him a few times at Sandy and agree that he's a fantastic kid. I suppose he'll go back to the SANFL and in a couple of year's time he'll bob up on Adelaide's list.

Unfortunately that counts for nothing when you make your debut in a 100 point thrashing, then play your second game in another 100 point thrashing. Things may have been different if he'd debuted at a different time of the year.

You're damn right. He's done what he's always wanted to do. Anything more than that first game would have been a bonus.
