Sorry Bailey Laurie, but I just don't see it.

Laurie really lacks composure

And he was the sub Goody had when Gus went down.

Probably cost us a flag. Worse call from Goody ever.

And yet Laurie is still around.

Sparrow needs to stay fwd as much as possible.

A lot of players need to lift.

Playing the kids, great, but wish we had a Hibberd or Jetta down back to steady the ship. Taylor, Howes, Tholstrup ... nothing that 50 games won't fix, but going to be a bumpy ride.

Tigers game but very limited. Not quite in synch but if we hit our groove we will win comfortably.

Yes. Definitely not 80k

Our tackles aren't sticking as well as last week. . Just need to sharpen a few things up

Bailey Laurie Sorry but he's not who I want playing. Surely someone Bigger, Stronger and can hit a target with NO pressure on them.

And that Jeffo/gawn bungle in the square, what a mess. We should be 5 goals up had they not stuffed that and roo kicked what he normally would.

Hope they come out with some more composure and put the foot down.

You’re not alone. He isn’t up to it.

Richmond is average but our defense ultimately makes them look okay just as we did Essendon. Give teams like this a sniff and it becomes an avalanche.

Id say most agree.

They really have to fix these centre square infringement rubbish free kicks. Just wind it back to 1970/80. 10 m circle optional.🤯

I just watched that [censored] free kick again!

The [censored] useless umpire number 9, threw the ball all the way over to the left hand side of the centre circle.

How the hell is Max supposed to reach the ball without crossing the white line?

This rule is absolute [censored] [censored] that’s driving my [censored] head in!!

We’re not making this easy for ourselves. There’s a bit too much trying to be flashy and not enough executing basic skills.

I don’t think it was Jeffo. It was last week’s hero, Langford.

Laurie will be fine. Wasnt that long ago that many on here wanted Chander gone.

I've always rated Chandler, but Laurie screams "good VFL player" to me.

Boy we lacked some class across the ground that quarter and our composure was often appalling. We are moving the ball so well only to make single huge mistakes go bring those plays to nothing. .

For the most part we are all over them, loving the work of Windsor and Sparrow.

What’s up with Max, playing like a first gamer so far?

1/4 time

FUMBLES AND STUMBLES

Free kicks 8-2

Clearances 6 -9

Gawn - worst qtr this year

Windsor is BOG so far , Kozzy, Howes, Sparrow good.

Oh was it??? Damn I need to upgrade my glasses lol. Sorry to Jeffo then. That was a complete waste.

Another brain fade - Chandler, punch it!

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demons’ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.

  • REPORT: Richmond

It seemed as if the whole purpose of the Anzac Eve clash at the MCG between the Demons and the Tigers was building toward that single, unforgettable moment when Kozzie Pickett soared above Campbell Gray and all but fittingly etched his name onto the face of the 2026 Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal.
