Kozzzy in the votes??

He was exciting for his goal but … overall he fumbled and twice missed targets inside 50. His missed bump instead of tackle was again not what we want to see. He wasn’t our worst performer, but not close to our best. His defensive run back was also lacking. He nearly got Dudley but that too late and not repeated enough

6 Gawn, the usual high standard we admire

2 Steele, plenty of possessions but terrible disposal today

  1. Gawn - another huge game. 11 marks, 4 contested, 7 clearances, 15 contested and 83% efficiency

    1. Tholstrup - disciplined and stuck to the role with heart and desire.

      1. Steele - a lot of it and some decent tackling but sloppy ball use (52% efficiency) hurt at times.

        1. Langdon - was very good. Did his job.

          1. Salem - just a game really but was in our best few.

            1. Lever - stuck to his task.

One of those games where if something could go wrong it did. Without Gawn we'd have lost by 80 plus. In saying that, I'd still like to see us run with two rucks. Give the Moose a run.

6-Gawn - Against two completely different rucks

5-Steele -Moderate disposal but kept going

4-Kolt - Disciplined performance

3-Oscar McDonald - excellent intercept marking

2-Langdon - So much better than last week

1-Salem - So i can name 6

6. Jack Steele

5. Max Gawn

4. Christian Salem

3. Koltyn Tholstrup

2. Ed Langdon

1. Trent Rivers

  1. Gawn - another herculean effort.

  1. Langdon - didn't stop running and kicked a couple of goals

  1. Steele - fitting in seamlessly

  1. Tholstrup - very disciplined (except for one costly lapse)

  1. Salem - our best defender against huge odds

  1. K. Pickett - electric at times

6 - Gawn - carried us, as always

5 - Langdon - hit the scoreboard and ran all day

4 - Steele - plenty of ball albeit sloppy at times, still a lot to like going forward

3 - Tholstrup - solid tagging effort, especially considering the experience differential

2 - Salem - didn't think I'd have him here much this year but he was solid in defence

1 - Lever - did his role, but let's be real we're probably scraping the barrel a little by this point

On to the lacklustre baggers.
