We could really prove ourselves by taking NT and Essendon NGA talent Anthony Munkara at pick 37 (if available). There’s talk around that the Bombers have been trying to hide him from view so that nobody takes him inside pick 40.

Wardlaw would find it very hard to break into the Melbourne midfield because he models his play on our own midfield bulls. Tsatas would be more likely especially with the impending departures of players like Bedford and Hunt. We do have a need for quality outside runners and that’s exactly what Tsatas is. As for lack of composure, I’m not sure what we would have expected from the kid in his first game back from injury in elite company when he got 30 touches. Remember, at NAB level, he was BOG for Oakleigh in all four games since he came back. What more can you ask of a 17 year old?

Hawthorn look shot to me as well. After the season finished I thought they might improve with Mitchell on board and the progress they made late under Clarkson.
