Zac Jones Anyone?

Featured Replies

Just been delisted by St Kilda.

Would have loved to have had him here when Nathan was playing but there's now a chance to reunite them as player and coach.

Actually thought Zac was quite an effective player for them at times this year.

In all honesty, after all the turmoil we’ve had with departing champions this season, heart says yes, but equally head really says no.

...over to the Demondland faithful.

Happy for him to come down to Casey and be a leader of that group, but definitely no future at AFL level.

If we need a couple of waterboys on game day, he would be handy for that.

Since 2020, he’s missed probably 60 games of footy. His body is stuffed.

If we are going to look at a delisted free agent I think Ben Hobbs is still young enough to improve.

Let's no do the overkill of ex saint players. Doesn't Nathan and Zak dislike each other?

No need to be disrespectful about him. He has played at the highest level for a number of years so clearly he has the talent. Time may have caught up with him now but it does with every AFL player.

I liked his hard at it style but we have reached our quota of over 30’s. At this stage I prefer we use the rest of our vacant list spots for younger players for balance purposes.

I’d prefer Oleg Markov in the delisted market. Proven player, young and not injury prone.

Do you know why he was delisted? I had seen a couple games he played and he looked alright. Looks quick but maybe his decision making wasn’t the best?

Yeah, so he can volunteer as a waterboy for us now.

Nah, I don’t unfortunately. I was a bit surprised, Collingwood need backs so not too sure.

Not convinced he plays the right way and had leadership qualities above others his age

Doubling down on ur disrespectful comments about a player who has played at the elite level for 11 yrs is hilarious but maybe that’s the green eyed monster coming out in u.

Either way even if his career is over he has done a hell of a lot more in AFL than a majority of posters on the site.
