PF, I know you're upset at losing a Demon champion, just as I am, but I'll repeat what I posted two weeks ago: 'My mate's son Mark (a keen Demon) sat next to Nick Gieschen (Clarry's manager) at a Melbourne Cup function. Gieschen said to Mark that 'the Dees had done the right thing. Clayton was very bad for the culture, took up far too much time and resources, doesn't listen to anyone, and does what he wants'.

We've got a crop of fresh, young talent that we need to develop in a positive environment. Clarry may turn things around and focus fully on his footy. He may not.

I'm OK with King and the Club not taking the risk that Clarry may not change his spots.

I cant believe a manager would say that about his client!

You reckon Clarry’s own manager said those things? eg that he was “very bad for the culture”?

Well, I can assure you that's exactly what was said. No ramifications for Gieschen. He's secured a contract for his client, a contract that will surely be Oliver's last. Gieschen is assured of getting his commission.
