All the waiting is frustrating. We have days yet until Petracca's fate is decided. Then we have to wait to about next June to really know where our team really are and then another 12 months on top of that to really know how good King has been.

AI Overview

"Just go with the flow. Rizz, 6 7 Skibidi Toilet" is a combination of internet slang and references to the popular, albeit controversial, animated web series Skibidi Toilet. "Rizz" means charisma or skill in flirting, while "Skibidi Toilet" refers to the series about toilets with human heads. The number "6-7" is also a recent, nonsensical piece of internet slang.ย

Breakdown of the Terms

  • Just go with the flow:

A common idiom meaning to relax and adapt to a situation.ย

  • Rizz:

Short for "charisma," meaning charm or skill in flirting or attracting someone.ย

  • 6-7:

A recent, nonsensical addition to internet slang that carries no inherent meaning but has become a popular meme phrase among younger internet users.ย

  • Skibidi Toilet:

A popular, ongoing animated web series by DaFuq!?Boom! featuring animated toilets with human heads singing the song "Skibidi Dop Dop Yes Yes".ย

Context

These terms are frequently used by Generation Alpha (born 2012 or later). The phrase "Skibidi toilet rizz" is considered part of this demographic's lingo, and parents and guardians often express confusion about the terms' meanings and origins.ย

In Summary

When someone says "Just go with the flow. Rizz, 6 7 Skibidi Toilet," they are likely combining a common phrase with a collection of nonsensical internet slang, including the latest viral term "Skibidi toilet rizz," to create a humorous or playful, though confusing, statement.ย

We will be lambasted from pillar to post if picks 7&8 and Humph are not included in this trade for Tracc.

Lamby and Co can work whatever picks GC need for their NGA from our picks 24, 28, 42 etc into the deal.

I will be looking very closely at these trade happenings.

If we don't walk away with a draft haul my membership will be taken off auto renewal and I'll register my pet turtle for a membership with the club.

Do you think a Collingwood, Hawthorn or Brisbane would roll over on a deal for a generational player with 4 years to run on a deal?

Show some sack Lamby, not folds.

Letโ€™s have some perspective here. Hawthorn and Collingwood both went through this exact cycle โ€” and it worked. Alastair Clarkson, one of the most successful coaches of the modern era, moved on Sam Mitchell and Jordan Lewis, two club legends and premiership heroes. People called it heartless at the time โ€” but it reset the list and set Hawthorn up for the next wave. Collingwood did the same with Treloar, Stephenson, and Grundy โ€” copped the backlash โ€” and were premiers two years later.

Trading a star isnโ€™t โ€œrolling overโ€; itโ€™s ruthless planning. As I mentioned in another thread, the real mistake is hanging onto players out of sentiment and ego while everyone else moves forward. If Melbourneโ€™s finally making the hard calls, thatโ€™s not a disaster โ€” thatโ€™s what serious clubs do when theyโ€™re chasing their next flag, not clinging to the last one.

The massive difference between us and Hawthorn at the time was both Hodge and Mitchell were at the end of their careers, Trac has 5yrs min and Clarrie 6.

Clarkson didnโ€™t move on Hodge and Mitchell because they were old โ€” he did it because theyโ€™d served their purpose and the club needed to evolve. You could say the same about Trac and Clarrie. Theyโ€™ve probably already played their best footy, and if theyโ€™re not fully aligned with where Melbourneโ€™s culture and standards are heading, then age and contracts mean nothing. Itโ€™s about fit, not years left on paper.

Yes butโ€ฆ

We canโ€™t go on having our best, highest paid players butchering the ball. Clarry, Trac and Viney are all legends of the MFC and premiership players, but we canโ€™t have them all in the same team. Game changed.

Picket, you know full well that, even if we accept nothing for Clayton and only 2 first round picks for Trac, you will pay up your membership as usual, complain on DL as usual, and go out to Casey and provide fantasy training reports as you have previously. You might be a bit grumpier than usual, but come on, who else but us DL's would listen to your rants? You are part of the furniture here mate - and the only way you are leaving is if we do an "Oliver" on you.

One of his best mates

If this comment expressed by one of his best mates is the feeling amongst the Humphrey camp and he really wants out of the Gold Coast and return to Victoria to play footy then the onus is still on Bailey at some stage between now and the end of the trade to say that publicly.

I get and respect and think itโ€™s honourable that he doesnโ€™t want to ruffle feathers and call the Suns out but if he wants GC to relent then this is the only play.

which i suspect is why we're happy to pull the trigger now - we'll get significant more for them now than in another 2-3 years

I don't agree. He had no clue about the meeting around the tan, or the meeting today. I've been on here for over 20 years and I know a credible source when I see one and Demon Forever is credible.

I suspect all Morris has been told is that talks are ongoing and that GC are amenable to offering picks 7 and 8. And in his mind, that's a likely trade. For me, he's getting his info from the Suns, not the MFC.

He's also not bright enough to suspect he's being used to drive other's agendas

I have 2 prepared statements depending on how this trade goes:

  1. We get BH:- I knew we would have the balls to make this trade happen!

  2. We don't get BH: - I used to have a girlfriend like @Demon Forever - tempting me, promising me the world, but I was never able to get past first base. I haven't learned since those early days - still getting sucked in. He should be banned!

i think we can all agree that geelong are very successful, and have the "standards and culture" to continually achieve that.

what if the way to become successful was to gut the place and start over?
what if your version of success doesnt align with SK version?

This one is interesting too IMG_3272.jpeg

Like I said yesterday; itโ€™s a real shame this trade is being negotiated by two Temu managers

If Trac was still with Paul Connors or Humphrey was his client, this deal would have been done by 11am last Monday

Tracโ€™s manager is a noob with zero other clients and nobody to impress beyond Trac, and Humphreyโ€™s manager is a nobody with zero impressive clients

There is absolutely zero โ€œIโ€™ll scratch your back and youโ€™ll scratch mineโ€ in play here

Just our luck we are trying to land a kid with integrity who has a coach with zero compassion

ย

Do we want someone with weak character at the club like Humphrey who is letting his friends do his bidding on social media?

Maybe we are trading Trac for Trac?

The premiership defender has shown signs of wear and tear due to age, and his 2025 season was inconsistent, ending poorly with a suspension and a noticeable decline in performance. The Demons are eager to integrate younger players onto their list and have indicated that they may not be able to guarantee him senior games next season, in what would be the final year of his contract.

The young key tall failed to make progress during the season, with a decline in his goal kicking output. His secondary role as a backup ruckman, which may have hindered his ability to further develop his game, and he was also impacted by the team's poor forward connection. It will be interesting to observe his performance under a new coaching regime.
