You'd just pick Ashcroft over Daicos in any final. The kid's a star.

Is Levi Ashcroft slightly overrated?

Good player. But I can’t help thinking that he might’ve been dropped as a child

I mean, who the hell takes their hairstyle from the team mascot?

Fox should have a split screen so we can enjoy the Collingwood rooms as well.

The effect that losing Pendlebury had should be alarming.

ABC radio said the Pendelbury was discussing his calf with doctor pre game.

Play injured players at your own risk.

Btw, a conversation needs to be had in this country about adult men getting full face painted.

I saw more this weekend then i have in the last 10 years.

Sadly some have difficulty defining adult man 🙄

Wonderful.

But once again Kayo froze again with 5 mins till go and couldn’t be restarted for about 5 min. If you possibly can, do not pay them any money. And next year it will come complete with ads taking up space during play. Now to cancel my sub.

Pies fans can just say "We should have smoked them"

10 mins ago the pies posted about the loss on Facebook and it currently has 640 comments.

They are not nice comments, hahahaha

Maybe Bucks can succeed Fagan's brother at Clarence if the Devils don't get off the ground.

Eyes clearly on the. Ball. Not the player. Very little contact. Play On

I just feel relieved.

My god jack riewoldt was going on about that non contact free. They lost by 29 points. Zorko gave the pies their first 4.

Lions just to good.

Spot on.

The better team for much of the match. The pies threw their last punch in the third.

Blimey they have a seriously big group of gun mediums, all of whom can kick.

They lose one in Berry and he's replaced by Bruce who does a servicable job as a medium off the bench.

Mine worked ok on QANTAS in air WiFi.

i [censored] love the Brisbane Lions to be honest. Doing God’s work year after year. Yep, even Zorko is my friend today!

I caught myself calling him “Danie” 😃

I was not planning on watching tonight, however, my mum is visiting and insisted we turn on the game... It was tough going in the middle, and my sister and I started to pre-emptively drink... but delighted with that final quarter stomping 😁😁😁

That's mighty disturbing but I'll pay it.

Let's hope we've got ourselves a match winner in Langford.

I don’t need to have spoken to him, I’ve seen his pressers after losses. That’s enough to know he’s passive-aggressive.

Watch a losing presser and you’ll see what I mean. Actually, you’re in luck… there’s one coming up very soon!!! 🥳

  • AFLW PREVIEW: West Coast

Epic battle alert.  This Sunday, Casey Fields hosts a coach’s showdown pitting the wits of the master Mick Stinear (92 games, 71.7% win rate) against his protégé Daisy Pearce (16 games, 43.8%). Still early in her coaching journey, Daisy’s record doesn’t yet reflect her impact — but she’s already the best-performed coach at West Coast.Dais’ is mythic.  Like Katniss Everdeen, everyone either wants to kiss her, kill her (sporting metaphor) or be her.  Toothers Daisy Pearce is a role model, someone admired for their heart, humility and humour.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.
