i thought we would show some fire for Clarry's 200th

really poor so far. not many positives i'm afraid

can we just have a crack in the second half and show that we care

please

What a atrocious quarter.

Same [censored] game plan where we are constantly bombing it to our smalls heads.

I dont think ive seen a more worse skill level for an AFL club such as Melbourne.

Makes me sick we have another year of this Goody rubbish

You know, we’d be a lot better if our skills were a lot better. And intensity, and consistency etc.

Guess we're going to make Moir look like a superstar tonight

It's always a no name potato who kicks multiple goals on us.

Jefferson wouldn’t get a kick on me. And I’m 74 with a broken ankle.

Are you free next week?

Well we've played our two big forward hopes now in Jvr and Jeffo and I fear the jury is in.

Not good.

Unwatchable....completely Unwatchable.

Good luck getting new members and sponsors to back this

What a sorry state this team has become.

Bar a few individual efforts they are nowhere near competitive. Even against mediocre teams

whilst the last 3 premiers are challenging we are rebuilding and have gone back 10 years, what a joke we are & just accept Goodwin BS , good luck with membership with him selling the same bs rinse & repeat & another bottom 6 finish

All psychological with Jeff. He gets to the right spots and has had what, 7 shots at goal in the last game and a half.

Needs to start taking his chances obviously but I'm less concerned about him now than I was 4 months ago.

Edit: yes he is having a mare of a first half.

Yep, the fire is lit from an 💩 hole, and it stinks.

Tunnelling by Carlton - fee to them, goal.

Bloody hell - one could imagine that umpires have some ulterior motive?

Some talk about punting during the week - how widespread is it?

Genuinely uncoachable.

Every kick a turnover

30+ turnovers

dropped sitters, missed easy kicks, pathetic game style

No change to the game plan

Anyone at this club that finds this acceptable has absolutely NFI

Just now, Devil In Disguise said:

Disgusting they can stick their membership next season absolute rabble.

Yep. When people start to not renew memberships they might actually do something. As it's been the last few years they haven't been bothered. Quite a few players as well could take some pay cuts. A few would be lucky to find another club.

Coaches can all go

What’s your plan when Maxy leaves?

He’s always our X factor. No other answers we have.

Gotta say, I haven’t seen too much from Clarry. But, I’m trying not to watch as well.

I’ll take your word…

Goalless quarter against a dog**** team. I expected a bit more fire for Clarrys 200th. What a disappointment that half was.

Cmon Dees wake up for [censored] sake!!

Windsor has looked a bit more like himself.

Unfortunately, so have some of the others ... Tholstrup, Jefferson, Sharp.

He looks great... until he doesn't. Gets to position and wins some great ball. Even okay defensively. It is definitely mental for the kid. But the league is brutal. He is literally costing us costing opportunities. It is not good enough.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
