Regarding Bailey smith, he swears at a photographer at a media open training session, flips her the finger to, apologises by text, not even the courtesy to call & gets nothing, but Ken hinkley does a plane impersonation & gets a 20k fine.

Not true. Stories quickly leaked out of the club about Christians motivations and players opinions about his commitment.

Can you show me the articles or the quotes from specific players questioning Trac’s commitment? I don’t recall. If it’s media stories “questioning his commitment” versus “him questioning the clubs direction “, that’s different.

“If I was a Melbourne member, I don’t think I’d be happy with the way we’ve arrived at Steven King as our coach."

HE CAN FUCCCK OFF !! We would never accept McClure as a member. He’s a genuine piece of trash. Always negative about the Dees … always!!!

Curnow wants to go to Geelong? Any semblance of a competition is dead.

Cal Twomey

“Like every rom com, the Dees and Petracca must come to an end”.

“It’s best it comes to an end”.

Riley Beveridge

“Where do you see Petracca in 2026?”

Cal Twomey

“Adelaide”

I can't help but think you'd be much less angry and upset if you didn't choose to watch/listen/read McClure's rubbish, @spirit of norm smith.

The only time I'm subjected to it is when somebody (like you) quotes it on here. Just ignore him.

I'm a Melbourne member and I'm very happy with the way we've arrived at Steven King as our coach.

Also, if you've quoted him correctly, his English use is poor. It should be "If I were a Melbourne supporter..." as he's using the conditional subjunctive tense.

I know many of us think Caro has it in for us, but her latest work on the bombers! Just wow.

She really is a piece of work

While Hawks were still in it, the media guys were saying Chol was fine.

Now they are out, it is back to saying he will be suspended.

I posted that he'd get 3 weeks if Hawthorn lost and get off if they won last night. And there I was thinking I was being an overly cynical bastard as usual.

Yes, they showed him really quickly in a later shot.

he was bloody rude to all of the Red Carpet guests wanting to get his signature thats for sure, was quite disappointing. Hoping it was just his age etc. not holding it against him

Will give him a break though, hes young, probably star struck too. Most other players came over to say hello and sign things as well.

Get the vibe he's a bit of an introvert.

I find McClure isn't an astute observer of the game

Is this Harvey Langford? Or Sam McLure?

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demons’ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.

  • REPORT: Richmond

It seemed as if the whole purpose of the Anzac Eve clash at the MCG between the Demons and the Tigers was building toward that single, unforgettable moment when Kozzie Pickett soared above Campbell Gray and all but fittingly etched his name onto the face of the 2026 Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal.
