NON-MFC: Round 20

What has happened to the Swans?

Maybe not having Rowbotham, Papley, McInerney, Mills and Rampe might have something to do with it.

JUH, Naughton and Darcy are 3 pretty good key forwards.

It has been said of course but do we beat Blues, Lions and GWS last night with Trac, Gus, Salem, Spargo and Smith playing.

100% you need luck in footy.

Get the feeling which ever team can hit the finals in a little bit of form will win the flag. That's no matter where they finish in the eight.

Depends - have they been loading?

Not sure about Carlton but the Swans have been loading and most probably in a loading phase now.

Hannebery talked about it earlier today on SEN.

For those that have doubted the efficacy of loading and the effect it has in season then maybe worth  listen.

For those with a closed mind, then don't bother.

Bottom 6 players are no good. Same as any team with injuries.

Jordon with 6 touches. We really struggle without him

Gee sydney are playing at home,  sit on yop & have only kicked the 4 goals.

Injuries are starting to creep up on them to

Yes just updated my post.

Apologies if mentioned: we’re currently 12th. Will be thirteenth after next round.

Any good draft picks at 6?

Such an impudent performance from the Swans

-33 contested possessions

-20 inside 50s

The dogs midfield will eat us alive next week

Certainly looking ominous

It's depressing seeing the Hawks develop another good team.

Hawks play such an exciting brand that is great to watch.

Sam Mitchell has them primed for the next couple of years.

Hawthorn are playing very good football, their tackling and pressure has been fantastic.

They haven't made finals since 2018

Should put us behind GCS & Coll on percentage before they've even played .

I think at that point we play MJ, trial Verral, and whoever else and ensure we get Pick 6.

Hee hee - I presume that is not a critique of Jordon, rather than the posters who postulate otherwise :)

Not willing to write a season off after '05 when we are still a reasonable chance, but we'll be sitting 11th in an hour, a game and 18% out of the 8 and playing the team sitting above us on Friday. Yikes.

Nicks coaching career must be hanging by a thread. Insipid
