Time for Ken to go. Had his chances and they need a refresh. Hinkley to Bulldogs has been floating around the traps of late.

Is he actually a good coach? Which club is going after a guy who’s had 10 years and done nothing? If I was Port I’d be going after Leppitsch.

Waiting for the “ Lions will beat us by 15 goals next week on this form” posts.

We can't even beat them on our ground when we've practically been full strength.

We go in next week without trac and lever isn't  a definite.

I'm not confident at all

Reckon before we worry about lions we focus on Nth no gimmee the way where playing. Definitely something wrong at the club that Fred loss was inexplicable. Supporters are mushrooms kept in the dark and you know the rest

Just a reminder to all Dee supporters. Here is the definition of Supporter

someone who supports a particular idea, group, or person:

Let’s get behind our MFC people.

Edit, stop poo-ing on the club. It’s ok to not be happy at times, but too many continue to harp on and on and on, and criticise the club.

In light of our challenges forward GWS seem happy to just bang it fwd -easier to do that with Hogan and Riccardi there to launch and green to crumb

they don’t seem to be much “lowering their eyes” and I don’t see super leading patterns or much “strategy”

Sydney OTOH move the ball with great pace (which we can’t) and when the ball comes in that fast you don’t need a Gary Ablett snr to convert

we have neither key fwds who can compete in the air or a fast counter attack and our scores attest to that

I do but we had no control in losing him

Incorrect.  We chose to trade Hogan, unlike Jordon who was a FREE AGENT.

Gws have youth and speed. They dont tend to dawdle  ( i.e stop and let oppos sset up )   Something to ponder for us

Carlton were amazing tonight, I do not want to play them in the finals.

They are a lot like us in 2021 without being as good defensively. They will not win it this year nor any other in the foreseeable future. Right now it’s Sydney, Pies and Lions for mine.

Swans v Giants looks like the third thriller so far this round. We’ll have the blowout game for sure.

Im not in denial and have my head buried in the sand that our club has botched up the last 2 trades with spuds & given away players with taken for a bag of chips

Oh dear… just seen the Port score 😬😬

Can someone briefly fill me in? Were Brisbane firing on all cylinders and/or were Port terrible?

It's one thing to have an opinion but a different thing entirely to keep harping on about it and posting the same thing over and over and over and over again.  I think we all know how you feel.

Leaving that one hanging @Dee Zephyr - 😅 which way is the blow out? 😇

The Giants looked like world beaters early in the season. Their form drop off has been even worse than ours.

If we lose tonight, the AFL should put up the poll of which top 8/expected top 8 team is the biggest pretender.

Geelong last night, who handed the baton to Port today who are now handing the baton to GWS who better not be handing it over to us.

'Tis the season for funky results.

Sure is. Other than Sydney and Carlton, we are the only other team performing consistently

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
