jeez u would wonder if newton be pissed off

let me save you the worry of wondering and let you know that he's not.

and for Jarka's benefit, I'll make it clear that i didn't hear it personally from Juice but from a person who works with him every day at the club.

After watching Frawley playing for Sandy last week, I really like the look of this kid.

He's one of those players who seems to glide across the ground, the way he moves reminds me very much of the way Travis Johnstone and Nick Dal Santo move around. I'm not saying that he'll be as good as those two players but it's something I noticed last weekend. It looks like there feet hardly touch the ground when they run, hopefully this makes some sense.

So for those who are going to the game on Sunday, keep an eye on him and see if you agree.

Anyway, good luck to him, hope he does really well and has a long career for the Red and Blue.

excited about frawley... the way he broke/ran through tackles playing off a wing in the NAB cup was one of my only highlights for the year.

Amen to that hells bells.....

I have not had the opportunity to see Frawley as yet, being in Sydney and all.

But I am really looking forward to having a look into what I hope is going to be a very big part of our future.

Well, ever since our final Demonland/Demonology sponsorship night last year, when CAC played us his DVD on Frawley, i've been super keen to see him in the R&B.

He's a mentally mature young fella, with a strong body. He's super quick too, which means he could run with the Pavlich's and Buddy's of this world.

I would love to see the following back 6 settle in our defence ASAP. Wheels, Bell, Carroll, Rivers, Frawley and Petterd.

I very much like the sound of that back 6.

You can add Bartram when Whelan is out, our back six for the future, hopefully Frawley can get stronger like his uncle after a few seasons in the weights room. That's the only player we may need to add a stronger body Tall.

Hopefully this week we don't have Dunn and Miller playing, all those excited about Dunn on the wing are mis-guided by one game, he is a forward not a midfielder, with Robbo back play him at CHF Miller needs a spell. one of Cj or Brown should play hopefully it is CJ andI don't think Biz will get a game this week, our match ups down back look OK.

Holland-Pettrie or resting Ruck

Petterd-Harvey

Carroll-Edwards

Godfrey-Grant

Frawley-Jones

Bell to get however is left.

No midfield tags needed beat them one on one.

Love to see Half forward line Bate Dunn Davey with Robbo Neitz Yze behind them.

From what I can see you're simply arguing the point with Frawley because you don't agree with the point of view other have expressed regarding Newton.

Yes, I've already stated that. The reason why some people are saying that Newton shouldn't play yet is because he hasn't shown consistent good form with Sandy, I'm wondering why that rule doesn't apply to other players.

By the way, I've also already stated that I believe that Frawley should be playing.

If that's the case then that's great that the club has improved in that area because I can guarantee you it hasn't been very good in the past, and my source is from current and ex players. However, I'm more prepared to believe something when gained directly directly the source rather than second hand info.

fantastic to see yet another young kid get a run this year. this will mean 3 of last years draftees will now have gotten a run...

Good luck to Chip for tomorrow. Hopefully he will have a good debut, and be a solid player for us for 10+ years. We really need a good KP backman, and Chip looks to be it.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
