pace pace pace Bedford

Goal Bedford

thanks Goody for ignoring Toby so much that he left the club

clearly has pace and goal sense … but goody preferred Spargo ahead of Bedford (ffs)

It’s a good point - but is it Goodwin’s fault or the match committee?

looking like a 10 goal blowout

so much for the Saints defence

Giants and Blues are dangerous to face in finals. the 2 form teams playing like they nothing to lose

Hope our coaches and list management are watching the giants and see the importance of an outside game. We are all inside no outside. Their ability to win contest and spread and ball movement into a forward line that has motion and space whether it be fast or slow ball movement is a thing to behold. They are also very disciplined in their roles talls doing what talls should do and smalls doing what smalls should do.

Haven't been watching, could the G's actually do some damage next week?

They could, it's like Collingwood from Rd 1 to Rd 10.

They'll be playing Port, who is not that strong at home in finals.

Just as the Essendon players are there today watching the game so should Goodwin. A fwd line of Hogan, Lloyd. Daniels, Bedford, Riccardi and only the one top end talent in Greene. Quick ball movement and kicking to a player’s advantage.

Toby Bedford and Jesse Hogan would look great in our forward line...

Bedford whilst given some opportunity in 22 along with many others from Casey were ignored in particular after the 1st final loss to the Swans & made no changes to play the Lions

Hogan was gone mentally hence why Freo moved him on & Penny finally dropped & out pick 6 got May & rest is history

absolutely. defence is fantastic and they are quick and clean through midfield and attack

no idea how they were 3-7

Saints look gone but they should be playing at Marvel have given up home ground advantage, would the Afl make GWS to play at a different stadium if they were hosting a home final???

Was this a portent of what was to befall the Swans tonight?

Love your work WCW but I'm sorry to inform you the quality of the crepe paper used in each team's banner does not portent the future.

Good response from the saints. It was looking like it was going to be a rout so fair play to them for getting back into this game

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
