Let's not hold back!!  LOL - Those are much stronger words than any I have read on an opp bf!!

Thanks for the laughs!🤣

I wish their fans had a 'what they are saying ...' thread.  Would love them to read this!!

I know some ok Pie's fans...

They'll need a dictionary.  If they can read one!

The only posts on bf that even hinted at a loss but I didn't include in the first post:

  • Lot of over confidence in here! I'm confident too but I'm worried this place has forgotten how to deal with a loss 😭
    • This place couldn't deal with a loss even when we were losing a bit more regularly.

How sweet a dee's win would be; their meltdown would be a joy to behold!!

I would take great pleasure in updating this thread after the game!!

Oh, please, please please please please!!!

  • Not to mention they have beaten us in 6 GF's out of 7 we have played!😡

It was in response to this comment:

  • Up there in my top three most despised clubs predominately due to their supporters!

Hopefully, we make that 7 from 8 GF wins, this year:cool:  They will have two lots of Demons to overcome:

  • physical:  our beloved team and
  • mental:  their history of GF  'colliwobbles'!!

I want to win just so I can play this song really loudly on the train home.  Even bring my Bluetooth speaker along with me!

In the 2021 GF Salem, May and Viney legally dropped Weightman, Hannan and McCrae in the first few minutes with ferocious tackles.  The Bulldogs weren't ready.  None of them had any impact.

They are our 3 hard nuts and looking for them to do the same to the Pies early, especially May to Cox.  Their players will remonstrate but hey lets ruffle a few black and white feathers!

I reckon Salem would be pretty chuffed to be considered as 'a hard nut' 😁

Obviously the Collingwood arrogance is ridiculous having won far fewer flags than us in the last 65 years but they are right about one thing.  I wish some dees supporters would stop  saying this is our "biggest ever" H& A game or this is our mid season  GF .  Its embarrassing. It does make us look-Pies quote- "like a minnow club"

We're not a minnow club so stop saying things that make us look like one.

Collingwood are going to pounce on the slightest weakness shown by any of  our players or club over the next 5 days.  Stop giggling and holding hands on social media ffs. It doesnt pay dividends.

I wouldnt be surprised in the slightest if they are planning a random wolf pack attack on a dees player in the first qtr possibly beyond that. Posters on DL  who admire McRae need a lobotomy.

Filth targets?   Fritsch  Oliver  Langdon maybe Salem.

Melbourne targets ????????

Oh no, we’d better watch out for faux tough guy and self appointed club enforcer Branden Maynard then. 🙄

But they have to live with the 'colliwobbles' moniker for all the GF's they have lost - one as recently as 2018.

A much greater burden than MFCSS!!

Maybe if we have a healthy lead with 10 mins to go we can all start chanting:

"Colllllllllllllliwobbbbbles!!!!!!"

I bet Maynard goes for JvR really early.  Hope Smith and Max are nearby to help.  Someone will go for McVee altho he will have May and Salem to protect him.

I daresay Cox will also make a beeline for Grundy.  A knee to the rib cage perhaps - seems the go for a few CB ruckman these days.

Hope that after the Langdon incident last year our players are alert to these tactics to unsettle our young players.

A joke I was told about 30 years ago:

What's the difference between a dead pig in the middle of the road and a dead Collingwood supporter in the middle of the road?

The skid marks in front of the pig.

Since Twitter changed it's algorithms for timelines, I've had the unfortunate experience of seeing more and more tweets from Collingwood supporters this season. They are, without doubt, the most arrogant and ignorant bunch of supporters out there. Not only do they think they've already won the flag, they love to brag about being the biggest club, the only club where supporters turn up week-in-week-out, and the most successful club in the AFL (despite only winning 2 flags in 70 years!).

If there's one game I'd just absolutely love to win this H&A season, it's this one.

I guess it depends of your definition of success.

  • Premierships won? Nope - Essendon and Carlton each have more. It's even worse if counting from the creation of the national competition in 1987.
  • Club wealth? I believe West Coast is financially stronger
  • Supporter numbers? They're probably number one in the land, but equally, I suspect there are more people who dislike Collingwood than any other club. In some respects, one cancels out the other

They want us to play as if it's a GF...

Let's educate  them.....

I have always believed that a little 'mongrel' early makes a difference - and if there is a recovery, a little more can be applied to keep the bastards honest across a game. Unfortunate accidents are morale deflating in the longer-term of the game itself, so there is limited need for second attempts as disciplinary action. We have a few deft exponents in the side - Hibbo is the the one whose opposition is often given a warm welcome and he has been known to be of assistance downfield, on occasion. Let's hope we can provide a revelation of cause and effect to The Filth on the King's Birthday?

Well, you have to give them credit for being leaders in building racist cultures - the Hawks are mere followers.
