No amount of MFCSS gets him off. He knows heโ€™s done for too.

Eagles are the unluckiest team going around.ย

At some point itโ€™s not bad luck itโ€™s bad management.ย
Their players are clearly unfit and their injury management is clearly rubbish. Itโ€™s been like that for 3 seasons.

Hunt doesnโ€™t seem to be struggling for fitness, having come from Melbourne.ย

JDG in trouble ? Letโ€™s see what ย Mr MRO does with this one.ย

Careless, high and severe. Straight to tribunal and 3 weeks - unless the kid has a broken jaw in which case 4-6

No different to Kozzieโ€™s bump, interesting to see what happens if the eagles player received a concussion. Either way, Iโ€™m going with zero weeks.ย

Yup. Thatโ€™s why I think JDG will get zero weeks and an ice-cream cake.ย

Well there is no way he gets off. So watch the MRO ping one of our blokes for sneezing on an opponent just to even things up.ย

(Yes I believe in some conspiracies. If you don't about the AFL's machinations, then you a fool to yourself and a burden to others as the great John Clarke said.)

Harmes wilI get suspended. Just hope Viney escapes for his semi rough tackle.ย

If Melbourne was playing right now, weโ€™d be losing our minds at that display against West Coast with 2 on the bench. Unimpressive.ย

Mid season break in Bali. What could go wrong?

Kozzie got two weeks for a similar bump that didnโ€™t injure a player. Degoey has concussed someone. Itโ€™s realistically 4 weeks. Heโ€™s definitely not playing next week against us at least!

And that is all that really matters

Now I need West Coast to injure Moore, Daicos x 2 and Cox. Nothing serious. A light twisted ankle, a hammy strain or broken thumb. Just enough to rule them out for a week.ย

Eagles putting on a show here. Good on em for giving their fans something to cheer about.

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.ย

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
