Found this is the lost property at the G. Can someone give it back to the Geelong midfielders?

Cats defence is a state of absolute panic.

Not liking the push in the back as Carlton is kicking it tactic Geelong is using.   It isn’t paid down the ground but gives the defence plenty of time to setup as the ball slowly comes back.

this is so enjoyable.

Hawk looks geriatric

no Selwood

Danger no impact

era is done  DONE!

Geelong look lost without Stewart. Unfortunately their next 3 - Suns, Hawks , Eagles.

What a joke.

That's as easy as Essendons next few games

David King’s unhealthy admiration for Collingwood this week looking a bit silly after tonight.

Geelong weren’t great last week & were still up by 20 for most of the night against the Pies.

Wouldn’t be shocked if Port Adelaide make easy work of them this week as I think the new offensive system they’re running can easily be exploited.

This has to be one of the slowest games of football I’ve watched.

Earlier on I was flicking over to the Sheffield shield final

Name something better than Geelong losing… other than Melbourne winning 😂

Agreed. It’s easy to defend the corridor and push them wide ONLY if you pressure them coming out of HB. if you let them out easy they’ll kick over the zone and then it’s 1:1 defence.

Got to run with N Daicos and push Josh to the boundary.

i'd be enjoying this a lot more if it wasnt Carlton that was winning

Statement: Long time since anyone has kicked 4 goals against Geelong, from Mr Brayshaw as Charlie Curnow popped it though... Ahhh drifting back in my memory to Max Gawns magnificent 5 in the Semi Final of 21... that'd be when! 😍

1 Like for me, EO, 3 Loves for you.

So there is such a thing as going off early...

Nah. Geelong losing is better.
Take that revolting smug look off Danger’s face.

Cameron single handedly keeping Geelong alive with his BS goal kicking from outside 50.

  • REPORT: West Coast

On a night of counting, Melbourne captain Max Gawn made sure that his contribution counted. He was at his best and superb in the the ruck from the very start of the election night game against the West Coast Eagles at Optus Stadium, but after watching his dominance of the first quarter and a half of the clash evaporate into nothing as the Eagles booted four goals in the last ten minutes of the opening half, he turned the game on its head, with a ruckman’s masterclass in the second half.  No superlatives would be sufficient to describe the enormity of the skipper’s performance starting with his 47 hit outs, a career-high 35 possessions (22 of them contested), nine clearances, 12 score involvements and, after messing up an attempt or two, finally capping off one of the greatest rucking performances of all time, with a goal of own in the final quarter not long after he delivered a right angled pass into the arms of Daniel Turner who also goaled from a pocket (will we ever know if the pass is what was intended). That was enough to overturn a 12 point deficit after the Eagles scored the first goal of the second half into a 29 point lead at the last break and a winning final quarter (at last) for the Demons who decided not to rest their champion ruckman at the end this time around.

  • POSTGAME: West Coast

Following a disastrous 0–5 start to the season, the Demons have now made it three wins in a row, cruising past a lacklustre West Coast side on their own turf. Skipper Max Gawn was once again at his dominant best, delivering another ruck masterclass to lead the way.
