They finally gave Weid a job of holding the number 1 ruck spot and he has developed more in 4 weeks than in the last 4 years.

Casey have just won a flag and you're  complaining 🤭

I hope we never see JVR in the VFL again, he’s pure class.

With Jackson now Gawn, Weideman could have a chance as a permanent second ruck.

Really glad we won this, would be a big positive boost to the younger players plus great to see those that missed out in the 2021 AFL GF

I think he did amazingly well. Hopefully goody just does this and saves us 400k a year for a decent forward. In 4 months he has effectively taken up full time rucking duties and has done amazingly well

Not to mention that Mitch Brown provides excellent protection and education for someone like JVR.
