Putting this on the table right now, if Cripps doesn't take over this game he loses an AA spot

Poor man’s Clayton Oliver

King just smashed McCartin off the ball prior to the goal. Big bro stepped in and gave it to King.
Still havent had a decent look at the hit

Lift your game Carlton. I hate the filth.

Had 17 possies so far.

For bugger all impact. Multiple kicks of his smothered too. When the whips are cracking he just doesn’t stand up. Doesn’t offer much onfield direction either. Not a great captain IMO.

My worst case scenario is Pies win and Swans lose and we play Pies. No thank you.

De goey such a [censored].

How did this idiotic floating fixture give us Essendon Richmond last night and two key games overlapping today 🙄

What results  gives us Freo at G first week?

Stay with them Saints.

That's the King, on target.

Just paid the opposite to Stevic. Dropped the ball and finished with dangerous tackle and paid the tackle.

Go Saints. I can't see them winning this. Swans just run in swarms but hopefully they can scrag their way to stay close enough for us.

The dominant storyline coming out of Round One for Saturday Night’s clash at Optus Stadium centres on the influence of the big men. The spotlight naturally falls on two elite ruckmen who, five years ago, shared the stage in Melbourne’s memorable premiership triumph.
