Buddy needs to retire.

Has scored more goals than Brown, Fritsch, T Mac and in an average team

reckon he can keep going if he wants

What has happened to the Swannettes? They have lost it bad.
Tigers should thrash them

A month ago the Swans were red hot

So we’re Freo.

The swans are getting screwed by the umps

I hope he does, because it’s at the detriment.

I think people have written off the Tigers too easily. With Dusty getting his mojo back and back 6 finding form again they could push top 4 by seasons end.

OMG Swans look all at sea - and Toiges' accuracy certainly helps.

Interesting that the maggots are wearing yellow and black 🤔

He’s really standing up tonight isn’t he….

And that what makes us so good, multiple options. We can afford for someone to have a quiet game.

Big news as to who the first slider in big freeze 8 is going to be. Apparently the biggest name in big freeze history!

Surely Neale won’t go down in his current state?

He’s been poor so far tonight. Saying he should retire is ridiculous though

the heat should be on a bloke like Sam Reid. He need to stand up but rarely does. A classic almost player

Buddy, fine only if that

Really dumb Buddy

Umps were doing well until 10 minutes ago when i think they fell for the ...."geee im so sexy in this kit...a bit like those other yellow and black boys!!"

See ya Buddy!

He’ll be right. Maybe not even a fine coz Buddy.

I reckon Cotchin just fired up the Budsta...might be a bad move

Tried a (low) Byron act on him...got what he deserved

Swans couldn't hit the side of a barn with their foot skills. Missing so many targets when on transition, and easy set shots as well. It is difficult to believe they are only 25 points behind.

Swans kick the ball to Buddy more than an any other of their forwards even when they shouldn’t and there are better options.

Their 3rd quarters are usually pretty big... should be interesting

He shouldn’t be. This is going to be really interesting with the MRO.  He fair and square punched Cotchin in the jaw. So we will see what the MRO deems to be the issue, the action or the consequence. Did Viney hurt Collins? No, but he got 2 weeks.

Commentators thought it was funny = 1 point

Commentators admired the thuggery = 1 point

Hit player walked away without signs of concussion = 1 point

3 points, no case to answer

The Demons return to town fresh off a thumping win over the back-to-back wooden spooners, the West Coast Eagles, played in front of a sparse crowd at Marvel Stadium, the same venue that hosted last week's heartbreaking loss.

  • PREVIEW: West Coast

It was bad enough that the Melbourne Football Club created yet another humiliating scenario inside its wretched season at Marvel Stadium last Sunday, but the final insult is that it has been commanded to return to the scene of the crime to inflict further punishment on its fans this week. Incidentally, if this match preview, of a game that promises to be one of the most unattractive fixtures in the history of the game, happens to cut out of your computer screen three quarters of the way through, it’s no coincidence. I’ll be mirroring the Demons’ lacklustre effort against St Kilda from last Sunday when they conceded the largest last quarter turnaround for victory in the history of the game.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.
