Gotta stay in the moment, ready for the interactions, when we parade thus, Cards (my 2021 member cap has been somewhat of a fixture 😀) Yesterday - anonymously cap-less this time - I saw a bloke with a Knight Premiers T-shirt and went across to him, pointed to his chest and gave a big thumbs up. Took him several seconds, and another point, to twig.

Don’t watch me at the footy then. There’s age inappropriate reactions happening everywhere. 

Anyone looking for some time to kill during during isolation or just wanting a general pick me up I highly recommend reading through the GF matchday threads on opposition boards on BigFooty. I read through the Bulldogs one the other night and it was heartwarming to see how quickly they went from "we've got this, Melbourne are [censored]" to "uh-oh I think we're in trouble" to "**** we've [censored] the bed here" to "no one could match them, Melbourne were unstoppable"

The Carlton and Richmond board threads were pretty funny in their own ways, it was a joy to read the Hawks supporters realising how far away their midfield was from competing with the best (IE OURS!!!) the St Kilda thread was just depressing I felt a kinship with them after reading through that misery (Petracca winning the Norm Smith just to rub it in) and really hope they can break their drought soon.

Looking forward to killing time reading through the Essendon and Collingwood threads, the Geelong one should be hilarious too.

Watching the GF so many times, I'm now appreciating some of the more overlooked moments, like this one attached. It's a little hard to see, but I think that Oliver basically flies along horizontally over the top of fallen and flailing Bulldogs, grabs the ball and handballs it mid-air in a breathtaking display of skill and focus. Amazing ninja level stuff.

He was closer in the Battle of the Dos, but B Fritsch had his measure there, too.

I think a lot of people were happy for us to win a flag but I reckon that will all change this year.

It was great to get back home from holidays last night and watch that last 40 minutes again, slept very soundly.!!

I personally loved how my friends were giving it to me for going to one cup holding event and the main one on Dec 5, this was apparently over doing it.

Love how easy it was to forget we were in lock down around GF as well.

Had a little break down Apollo Bay over xmas/New years, the old ducks in the front were giving it to me, I remembered they were Cats nuffies... Geeez I had a fun 20 mins before they "had to go.."

Yes, it's a terrible thing being premiers, and having all these celebratory events to go to.

Ask them why they didn't go to their club's 2021 premiership events.

I used to get worried about hawkins when we played them. They must have nightmares about Gawnie.

I usually dump Fox Footy over the summer but kept it this year to watch the GF over and over and over.......

Every time i watch it i see great things i had missed in prior viewings.

Make no mistake.
We were hunted throughout the whole of last year.
Every-one wants to take down the undefeated mob sitting on top of the ladder.
And with our reputation of choking when the pressure's applied they all thought they could be the ones to do it. 
This year we need to put that reputation to rest once and for all.
Put the foot on their throats early and keep it there.
