Dees have now beaten no one again because we beat Geelong when Cameron and Higgins were out and we beat Richmond who are clearly incapable of a full game of Tiger pressure anymore.

We're very capable of beating ourselves

Geelong don’t worry me too much. Tigers are falling off the cliff.

cats midfield still poor

Geelong will be favourites after this....advantage us.

Surprised hes equal favorite for the Brownlow with Trac.  He wont have a vote the last 3 weeks and didnt start the season in scintillating form. Maybe he wont be equal fave after tonight.

Now watch him get 18 possession and 4 goals in this last quarter and the Tigers win

The case for 3 talls in the forward line.

 Cameron 5

Rohan 5

 Hawkins 2

most of that in 2 quarters....

Haven’t seen the Tigs this shaky since they parked the bus at 9th..

Rohan not really a tall but

more a Melksham / Hannan type

Richmond just have that whiff about them of only going hard when they have a point to prove. It’s the downside to sustained success.

Serious question: Richmond used to be able to apply manic pressure for longer than 15 minutes per game before this year right? I'm not just imagining that surely?

Gee where is Dusty when the Tiges are under the pump? No where to be seen.

He’s running around in his apartment in his undies, with that other bloke called Rusty.

Useless Bulldogs really let Richmond off the hook. Could’ve put some serious ladder pressure on them.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
