So, Goody steps up, what does he say:

  • we lacked connection
  • were hurting, we know our supporters are hurting
  • we are gunna keep working
  • its little things
  • we got a week and a half to go back and work on it
  • we are in this together, we are unified
  • they we’re a great team, the tigers.

Spot on.  Same old rubbish.  What you won’t here  

 - We are lazy

- we cannot take a mark inside 50

- we handball to no one

- we have no grit or hard edge

- we create turnovers

I'd hate to be a coach and be under scrutiny publicly week in week out....and having to justify/explain/mansplain reasons for a loss...

His response...

- we look good until another team takes the field

-scoring has never been a priority

-the new rules heave hurt us, I’ve been aiming for a rugby style game and this new ‘football thing’ has really hurt us
