That isn't as bad as it first looks.  Harmes will play this week as will KK (VFL).  May back next week.

While it would be handy to have AVB, Hannan, Lever, J. Smith and Garlett available realistically they wouldn't all be in the side this week anyway and we won last year without them (except Hannan).

Mostly I'm glad that Viney, Jones and Melksham are off that list and will play.

All things considered our injury list is in reasonable shape.

We have about eight blokes who are nowhere near ready for senior football, so to have another ten on the injury list leaves us with little more than the bare minimum to pick from this week. Some of our list management and player management decisions in the past 12-18 months are mind boggling.

another typical hysterical post by you.

It would be interesting to compile 2 lists....

1/

Demon recruits who fail  to get through their first season  due to  season-ending injuries in the first few weeks

2/Demon recruits who get through their first season unscathed.

I reckon it would be about 10:1

Beginning to think Vanders and Smith might be cursed!

and Vanders is the flare up of his horrible injury.  hope he isn't 4-6 for the next 10 weeks   ?

Maybe they don't do enough fitness work before footy skills?

Isnt Shannon Byrne in a specialist role (more off field ) I think?

Maybe Max Rookes area ?

“He’s really tracking along well at the moment so he’s somewhere in between (returning in) Round 7 or 8 to Round 10-12 so it’s in that range, depending on how it goes from here on.”

Does that mean he will not return round 9 ?

Is that a convoluted way of saying between round 7 & 12

Source? Particularly as to Garlett?

KK played on the weekend so surely wouldn't be on the injury list any more?

On a related note, why is the club's website so terrible?

Club websites are for puff pieces and some stats. If you expect more you will be always disappointed.
