Might just have saved his AFL career today, within the AFL somewhere ?

Thanks for the updates, great to hear Kent still in the frame. Any word on How Tom Bugg went? Seems to have dropped off a bit. Still believe he adds value and showed what he can offer with those 4 goals against Norf earlier in the year

Bugg had 28 disposals today.  Always contributes, though some games are a little quieter.  Provides plenty of forward pressure. With injuries mounting up he could still be a chance.

Great effort to win today with such an unsettled side.

I hope Bernie decides to play on next year...

Do you think we will offer him a contract?

Unfortunately I’m working this weekend and won’t be able to see the game

Going to have to rely on you guys for my reports, please keep a particular eye on Keilty for me

Another strong game by Dec, Drunkn.  Based on radio broadcast, he was involved a lot, and was mentioned among the better players.  My assessment from afar is that he stood up very well in defence, in the absence of Pedo .

There is a reason that Hannan is the emergency tomorrow and not Kent.

Hannan has youth and a sound body working for him.

Lets not  forget Kent has never been consistent and has a bad record with getting long term injuries. He is not the future. IMO the only way he will get another senior game is through injuries and God forbid that happens in the next few weeks.

upside...   Hannan is largely untapped potential, atmo.

I think he's got a lot of talent left within him, if he can manage to find it.

They are both 24, Kent is a month older so you are sort of correct.

Wasn’t Kent the carry over last week?

Go the mighty dees is that 12 IN a row now? Kent played well putting pressure on the senior side. We have one hand on the premiership cup IMO.

Does anyone think that we'll be playing JKH in September (if we get there) ahead of Hannan or Kent???

jkh is playing Viney's role so I am not sure those two are vying with him for the same spot.

I assume Bugg played as an inside mid today for Casey.

Yes

JKH does exactly what's asked of him

I see a role for Dean Kent, too

Or alternatively because Kent was the emergency last week.

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

    TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
