Late change of venue for tomorrow night’s game between West Coast and Essendon. The game has been shifted from Optus Stadium to SBS Stadium.

How on Earth did we beat Essendon? They're exactly the kind of fast-running team we'd lose by 60 to.

Yep.  They look totally directionless without Kennedy and Darling.  But that's to be expected as we would struggle big time without Hogan and Tommy Mac.

Reckon the Eagles will still get themselves back into the game.

Yes i know. But they are being smashed all over the ground...

Are the Bummers back on "the good stuff"?  Maybe they know that it is OK in WA?

Meth Coke are coming down....

I couldn’t give a [censored] who wins but as far as the ladder goes a Bombers win will keep us in touch with the top 4.

So.. on the what is good for the MFC theory are we hoping will win this one.

Perhaps Essendon winning and taking  a few more scalps is good for us as we don't play them again. Cannot see them recovering sufficiently to challenge for the 8 which would be a nightmare scenario.

Where’s Benny Cousins passing around the pingers when West Coast need them.

Bad Batch??

This is making me feel a hell of a lot better about our Collingwood loss. I've rated the Pies all year, so to see us lose against them was never awful (though it was terrible); but to see the up-and-down Bombers beat top-of-the-ladder West Coast makes me feel good.

At least our top 2 forwards are playing, which is more than we can say about West Coast.

Hope West Coast storm home for an anticlimactic draw. Unprecedented amount of injuries on both sides. Optus stadium condemned and no flights out of Perth for a few weeks.

Surely Eagles claw their way back into it

Can we check the online betting records, something smells.

Even with total domination by Injectiondon, Meth Coast are still getting 2 frees for every one their opposition get.....

We’re back! That was fun. The Mighty Dees’ Season 10 campaign is off toa flying start with a commanding 48-point winover the Western Bulldogs, retaining the Hampson-Hardeman Cup in style. After a hard-fought first half in slippery conditions, the Dees came out in the second half and showcased their trademark superior class, piling on four goals in the third termand never looked back.

  • REPORT: Hawthorn

The final score in Saturday's game against Hawthorn was almost identical to that from their last contest three months ago. Melbourne suffered comprehensive defeats in both games, but the similarities ended there. When they met in Round 9, the Demons were resurgent, seeking to redeem themselves after a lacklustre start to the season. They approached the game with vigour and dynamism, and were highly competitive for the first three quarters, during which they were at least on par with the Hawks. In the final term, they lapsed into error and were ultimately overrun, but the final result did not accurately reflect their effort and commitment throughout the match.

  • CASEY: Box Hill

The Casey Demons ended the regular season on a positive note and gained substantial momentum leading into the finals when they knocked the Box Hill Hawks off the top of the VFL ladder in their final round clash at Casey Fields. More importantly, they moved out of a wild card position in the finals race and secured a week's rest as they leapfrogged up the ladder into fifth place with their decisive 23-point victory over the team that had been the dominant force in the competition for most of the season.

The Demons were sloppy all day and could not stop the run and carry of the fast moving Hawthorn as the Hawks cruised to an easy 36 point win. Is the season over yet?
