Straight Sets Simon 23,113 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Oscar just drifted off his line after taking a nice mark in defence which forced the umpire to call play on so he actually went from having a free kick to being under pressure in the backline. Dumb. 1
Demon Dynasty 17,165 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Some on here wanted to retain Stretch over Hannan ? 1
Wadda We Sing 10,685 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 How are we still in this? Melksham is s very good luck of the footy. 5
frankie_d 1,471 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 The traditional just before half time slot on goal Missed 1
DaveyJones'sLocker 647 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Leunberger has just ran directly at Gawn no eyes for the ball 3 times and umpire has ignored it 2
Wolfgang219 73 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 4 minutes ago, —coach— said: It seems when rookies come into our side they instinctively know where to be inside forward 50, then after a few weeks they become more and more indecisive and caught out of position. Is this a coaching issue whereby rather than allow instincts to dictate position the players are instructed to be somewhere which goes against their natural instinct? Speaking to a Richmond supporter about hardwicks change from 2016 and 2017. He stated that Hardwick was told he micromanaged the game too much. He changed his style in 2017 and told the players they made this grade because they were elite players. Go out and trust your instinicts, he also allowed the line coach’s to worry about the small things rather than him. It was obvious last week that we are playing to instructions not instincts. 6 1

Dee Zephyr 19,311 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Spargo and ANB both run for the ball. Talk and SHEPHERD!!! 1
Chook 15,069 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Spargo goes up to Jonesy to get around him at half-time. Jones half-heartedly slaps his hand but doesn't even look at him. No encouragement, no eye contact. Nothing. 1 3

Agree it’s a joke same thing happened in first qrt I think against hawks or north. No reward at all then Jones seems to get pinged for playing the ball.
Forest Demon 4,681 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 This is one of the worst games of footy I've ever seen. I'm feeling numb more than anything.
TeamPlayedFine39 8,525 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Despite the self-flagellation in here we’re one goal down. There have been moments where we’ve moved the ball well, but they are too few and far between. But for can turn quickly... fingers crossed for the second half. Ps. Welcome to the MFC Charlie Spargo! 1
At Least I Saw a Flag 5,353 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Sounds like we're lucky to be only a goal down at half time. I'm not at the game, nor listening to it. Just following comments on this site.
