GAMEDAY - Round 20

Featured Replies

6 goals in the space of 9 minutes. Clearly we don't want to defend, nor want to play finals this year.

In the time it takes to go to the toilet, we've gone from 16 points up to 21 down. We have no idea how to stop run ons (yep they kick another one).

Game over. We'll be out of the 8 tonight. Last weeks loss against the Roos is going to prove extremely costly.

We've avoid being slaughtered all this year, but not today I think. Hard to watch.

Anyone for a trip to Bunnings?

i don't need this shite

The commentators are right. Why are we not icing the clock against the wind?

no let's just boot it long against the wind, turnover and give them an easy goal

A loss today was to be seen. The loss last week stands as the nail in the coffin. Wheels have fallen off unfortunately.

Been given an absolute lesson

Over to you Goody

It's not the wind..  we are just shite

Think supporters need a reality check.  Haven't seen much better football than this for a long time -  your witnessing the might of the afl marketing department in full force.  This is what a team full of top 10 picks can do when on song.....

already bought my supplies prematch. I'm outta here

Frost is as dumb as it gets.

Wonder if Goodwin will finally give them a spray. Bet he won't though. Lack of leadership is pathetic with a full team pretty much.

Watching us you're forgiven for thinking we're in the wrong league.

Footy basics 101...out the window ans away on the breeze

Seriously Giants decide to play like this against us. Theyve been nowhere near this good last 4 weeks. Freightening

Our players just stand and watch.

wow. We've conceded 51 points in 18 minutes.

I don't care if we are kicking into a hurricane, any chance we put some numbers behind the ball? You would've thought we'd have learned from last week.

I wonder what we will do with the wind? Kick 3 goals?

And this is why last week was a horrible loss

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
