Perfect...........I do hope getting back to topic that Terlich, if he is delisted, which we all seem to assume is a given, doesn't give footy away and plies his trade somewhere else

He'd probably get a run with Richmond ATM.

By the end of the day he'll be the new Wayne Carey.

Olisik, who dubbed him as such in relation to Lucas Cook, can't watch footy any better than a blind man could.

He kicks one goal and does next to nothing else and now his Wayne Carey? Jesus Christ.....pretty sure 99.9% of people right now would align him more to Lucas Cook then Wayne Carey.

Doubt he'd give it away Saty - pretty good coin on offer in the bush/suburbs. Not bad for a part time job.

Just a thought after speaking to James Strauss the other week, playing amateurs, wasn't interested after what had occurred

What occurred? Just the disappointment of being delisted or something more?

I just asked why he wasn't playing at a higher level, just shrugged and said he wasn't interested,  i said he had had his chances ruined with the broken leg and he agreed, just seemed 'disappointed'

He wasn't up to AFL standard. Saty makes out like Strauss had some legitimate beef with the club, and gave up.

No, I didn't say that, don't misquote,  I can see why some players lose interest, read what I just posted, he was at a game supporting the Dees when I had the chat, so no beef with the club. Thought Terlich after being elbowed twice, might just say nah stuff it. Similar to Pickles Evans the other year

Then why did you write "after what had occurred"? They were your words, not Strauss'. They insinuate that there was more to it.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
