I think we have to ban Jon Ralph from using Demonland as an authentic source of information.

Im sure he's not the only one using DL for reference. Again...Escher stars....  ( aka as going in circles )

@Whispering_Jack @Nasher and the rest of the mod team - can you guys put in a rule for the next month that posters get a ban of some sort for posting information, or passing on info from radio/TV interviews etc, that is completely wrong?  @qwerty gave us info that was totally wrong and it's a bloody waste of our time.  How we gleaned that there would be an announcement today from the Jon Ralph interview is totally beyond me.

Nanny forum.

If your precious being cannot take a bit of misinformation posted on a public forum then maybe you need to start re-evaluating where you spend your time.  Yeah sure he could have taken more care in what he believed was the truth, but he didn't. He will not be the first and will not be the last, even if there is a threat of banning.  Can't anyone just laugh things off anymore?  Everything is just so serious now that people cannot make mistakes without others jumping all over them from their moral high ground.

I was passed on the info from a friend and should have realised he would have embellished it with the today and certainty of Ralph's comments... Sorry for that, but I wasn't trying to take the 'pizz' or get everyone's hopes up.

To suggest a ban from a hardly sinister comment is quite frankly ridiculous. I think you all need to relax, I was just so excited that I failed to check the validity of the comments before posting.

AND, even so, what I said isn't entirely false excluding the 'today' aspect. Ralph was still very, very confident that Jesse will be signing on with the Dees, so I think that is still something worth posting.

Fair enough. The important thing is the jungle drums are beating in favour of Jesse re-signing with the MFC.

Wheteher thats today or next week, as long as it happens we will all be stoked.

I feel like since this speculation has started hogan has "signed" about 40 different contracts. I've never heard the media swing so much from going to staying on a player before. We usually hear a solid he is going or he is staying (regardless of their correctness) but with Hogan I think every media personality has at least once said both. Its just bizzare. Ralph will probably announce that he is going again next week. And without a doubt regardless of what happens half the media personalities will be like "see I told you so!"

Even with all of this back and forth, I truly think we're edging toward him signing with us very soon. Fingers crossed.

I think it has been proven beyond any doubt that many journos troll this site for info, and then publish it as their own inside goss.

Hi journos. faulty enjoys a chuckle at your ineptitude..

My dream:
Barrett will anounce (again) that Hogan is being traded for 2 first round picks. And the whole footy world will laugh hysterically at him when Melbourne and Hogan announces he is staying on a 4 year extention XD.

I'm just hoping that our Perth based Demonlanders have something suitable in mind for Karl Langdon for when Jesse signs on (as the balance of probabilities increasingly indicates will be the case).   The vitriol peddled by that pompous clown ought not be allowed to go unchallenged.

As soon as you mention them, it starts all over again.

Is that Bernie Vince's twin on the left in the first Gif?

I wondered the same thing? Well almost. I thought it might be Bernie

Gee, how are they going to cram six years of footy into 2017. I'm all for it though...

There is a good chance I will be four days older but is that what you had in mind bb?

Barrett claiming on AAA that there is zero movement or developments on a new contract for Jesse, while part of me thinks he just wants Jesse to leave because he has always hated the MFC, i have a bad feeling that he might be right.

Peter Ryan saying he's contacted all parties and there's no news to report. Jesse in no rush to sign an extension. Sees him playing for the Dees next year.

So Barrett and Ralph have mail that seems to be totally different. I don't think anyone knows what will happen.

Ain't that the truth.

I would love someone to record all the prediction that are suggested and then do a tally at the end of the trade period.

If there were 10% correct I would be amazed.

2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
