Guess there are some pretty ugly demonlanders out there. I am not going to name names but now I think of it........ also not too happy with my ageing and saggy features. hair growing in the wrong places, young women no longer look in my direction despite my interest. its all downhill. There is a story about Jack Fitzpatrick on page 12 of the HS today and his battle with Type 1 diabetes. He actually looks OK to me. Nothing ugly going on there.

I reckon the Paleo diet would help Fitzy with his type condition.

hopefully we will also see changing fortunes from him, in return.
