Healy is a [censored] [censored] face

Thought he was pretty complimentary of us in the four and a half replays I've watched. :P

Congrats on the baby mate. Will have to give this Montecristo business a run, never gone classier than pusser's for rums so pretty curious what a decent one tastes like.

If you jump back on the whiskey bandwagon, have a go at Oban, it's all I drink at the moment, which was a lot after we crashed Enright's party.

Montecristo's are a good cigar, if you are ever in the area, go to Alexander's in Toorak, it's a cigar shop there and they have a fantastic range, most of the people there are nice too and helpful when you are looking for a cigar and not really a big smoker.

Couldnt agree more. I order all my stuff online and have exchanged alot of emails and there staff are more than happy to help, they got me started on some nice easy beginner cigars and went from there.

Trying to convince the wife to let me buy a bundle but its a bit out of my price range unfortunately

Glenfiddich growing up was my choice, is still good but I love Lark whiskey, from Tassie and Talisker is another good one to try.

I find the sweeter sherry and port is better than dryer whiskey with my cigars.

I have a bottle of chilli port at home I'd like to try soon. Might have it with a limited run cigar (Father's Day and Xmas only) where the leaves are kept in old cognac barrels.

Amazing.

What's this about limited run? I've never heard of leaves kept in cognac barrels, is this common?

Nope, not common as far as I can tell. It's a Dominican Republic cigar called Arturo Fuente Reserva Anejo $36.50 each iirc

The other one I had a few weeks ago by Arturo Fuente was a Queen B and that was great too.

If it works the same way as mine, start the second quarter video by selecting a goal/behind/anything anywhere in the quarter. Then the URL comes up, and you just need to change the number at the end of the URL to '0' to make it go back to the start.

Hi Titan - tried that but it always seems to go back to the start of Q1. The URL for example of a free kick in Q3 looks like:

http://www.afl.com.au/video/smart-replayround=CD_R201501411&matchId=CD_M20150141106&eventType=free&seek=4194&videoQuality=high

But if I change 4194 to 0 (or 0000) it just goes back to the start of Q1. Any suggestions? thanks

The most annoying thing about watching it on the AFL site is that Jones' goal at the start of the last quarter is missed for some bizarre reason.

Yeah I noticed that - the Jones goal is in most highlights packages so hasn't disappeared altogether though.

No, so what I did was pause the AFL site at the start of the last quarter and watched Jones' goal on the MFC website, then went back to the AFL site. :P

hate to see players hurt ,but frawley got his right wack

But why then is he listed fifth on equal votes when Pendlebury is quite clearly alphabetically inferior? This is an outrage but not remotely unexpected - when will our skip ever get the recognition he truly deserves from the wider AFL community?!

One staff here is Geelong. I made a drink coaster for her, starring Nathan Jones, with the words "Demons Crash Cats Party"........so she can now look at the dees win during every morning tea..........I also told her that since we dont play Geelong again this year that I have bragging rights for the next 12 months. I fully intend to use this time.

    TRAINING: Wednesday 12th February 2025

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the scorching morning heat to bring you the following observations of Wednesday's preseason training session from Gosch's Paddock. HARVEY WALLBANGER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Absent: Salem, Windsor (word is a foot rash going around), Viney, Bowey and Kentfield Train ons: Roy George, no Culley today. MATCH SIM: Friday 7th February 2025

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded. Christian Petracca, Kade Chandler, Shane McAdam and Tom Fullarton doing non-contact kicking and handball drills on the adjacent oval.  All moving freely at pace.  I didn’

Demonland Trackwatchers were out in force as the Demons returned to Gosch's Paddock for preseason training on Wednesday morning. GHOSTWRITER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Kozzie a no show. Tommy Sparrow was here last week in civvies and wearing sunnies. He didn’t train. Today he’s training but he’s wearing goggles so he’s likely got an eye injury. There’s a drill where Selwyn literally lies on top of Tracc, a trainer dribbles the ball towards them and Tracc has to g

THAT WAS THE YEAR THAT WAS: 2024

Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was. After its 2021 benchmark premiership triumph, the men’s team still managed top four finishes in the next two seasons but straight sets finals losses consigned them to sixth place in both years. The big fall came in 2024 with a collapse into the bottom six and a 14th placing. At Casey, the 2022 VFL p
