Surely too early for Goodwin?

You would think so, even a few Adelaide supporters suggesting the same.

But who else? Tudor? Was seriously in the running last time round if the rumours are true.

Watch this space, especially if McKenna joins him.

Ru wants his mate to coach, we were about to sign him and they jumped early.

Simple really...

What a silly decision!

They made the Prelim in his first year, FCS. Struggled last year without Tippett and Walker, then were unlucky not to make it this year in an even field.

Clearly the Crows brains trust are impatient and jealous of the success of Port Adelaide. They'll be back to square one when Goodwin doesn't yield better results next year.

Stupid decision he is the scapegoat for the clubs poor decisions, they were a kick away from a grand final berth he lost tippet and walker all last year, had no good draft picks because of the tippet saga and was forced to trade players like Bernie Vince to get back in the draft all stuff out of his control, a massive knee jerk reaction

Seems a tad ruthless, must be some truth in the unhappy senior player rumour.

New CEo from Canberra Rugby looks like a dumbo.Fagan

Sports admin has to be one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen.

As the admin grows, the sport, team, comp etc gets worse.

It wasn't broke and they tried to fix it.

Don't underestimate how significantly destabilizing the whole club less than a month before trade week can play on player's minds.

Fascinating, irrational decision. Haven't a clue if this bodes well or poorly for us with the Danger rumors. Likewise Goodwin. Did they decide any apprentice good enough for Roos was simply too good to pass up? Did Danger tell them he wants out and this is a desperate attempt to keep Tex and Sloane from leaving? Hard to say just yet.

Yep! Disrupts our plans, but I accept that that's the price to pay for getting to watch an Adelaide trainwreck for a few weeks.

Article Here.

Seems there was a bit of friction between the coach and certain players. They don't come out and say it, but it sounds a hell of a lot like the club decided it was more important to keep the boys happy than keep the coach.

Happens a bit with teams in towns , without too many teams... All gets a bit incestuous etc.

I think the Crows are bloody mad for this. Watch them slide .

Sandersons sacking will become known as Fagans Folly!!

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
