Agree us Demon fans need something to watch! (they would probably get a lot of demon fans watching)

They have been on once this year - at least we have had the socceroos and soon the Tour de France to watch.

You are lucky. I am in Europe and there is no AFL to watch whatsoever. I am going to even miss the women's match between the Dees and the Doggies!

Nah, they played, the went down... Barry kicked a bag and Hogan pulled in close to 20 marks.

Still wasn't enough unfortunately.

That may be Casey reserves but the seniors certainly had a bye.

Pretty sure it has something to do with the ground at Casey. Its has not been setup for multiple cameras yet and therfore not suited for VFL coverage.

You would think that we would still be televised as the visiting team every now and again though.

I would have thought it was because the ABC would sort out their tv schedule at the start of the season to make sure they cover all teams as much as they can under their charter. So it wouldn't matter who was where on the ladder.

Casey don't play on a Saturday until the 27th of July and that's at midday so won't be on the ABC then 17th August and that is it for the season so don't expect any more

I suppose, given the above information, that the ABC schedule is decided when the fixture is announced. I've not looked at an AFL fixture at its release point, but if it has the time included wouldn't the 1:10 game every week be the televised game? Or do games change time occasionally?
