I know your goiong to want to watch more of the Casey and Melbourne players, but would you mind keeping a little eye on him for me Tingles?

I wonder if the MFC has considered videoing Casey games for supporters who are pretty keen to see how Hogan and crew go each week. I think it would generate a bit of interest in both Casey and MFC if they did so.

Does anyone else get confused by this Best character playing for Casey. I read that as Taggert as our best on the first take.

Gawn has to be a certainty to play next week.

Hey sorry about lack of updates my phone died while I was there. Driscoll looked ok good mark above his head for his height .. Jesse Hogan .. WOW WEE I cannot wait until he plays for the Dees he was best on ground for us and it was no coincidence that Casey faded when he was rested 10 mins into the last quarter.

Hogan dominated Gawn was brilliant in the ruck and around the ground. Was involved in a lot of link up play. Blease drifted in and out but when he has the ball he makes very good decisions. Barry was quiet and is very loose around a pack situation. Strauss ran well off the half back line and linked well but seemed rushed. Magner was solid in close but lacks the pace to get around the ground.

Is it wrong to get excited about a player a year in advance?

Can't think of anything more exciting happening at this club to be honest.

Also good to see Strauss and Gawn in the best. Bring them in.

Come on Dees bring in Gawn & Kent.

Toumpas to play for casey to bring back a little confidence.

Tapscott should have played another week. All this talk about consistency and he comes back after 1 good game. Most players play well in thumping, I want players who fight hard when the chips are down.

Keep it up Hogan, you are making me moist...

How was Gawns taps? To Casey players or Jamar-esk?

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
