We'll will be a seriously improved team when we limit discussion to who is actually on the paddock. The power teams don't worry about who is not playing they expect the team out there to do the job.

the same people make the same excuses over the last 5 pre seasons yet we end up rubbish in the real season, so how about some accountability. Pre season form does seem mean something to us. Get it. The trends and stats are there now.
