Did Cam Bruce retire with a back injury or was he just forced out?

Silly boy. Could have been a one club player after all. That's where greed gets you. Fool.

I'm sorry, are my eyes failing me or does that say that Bruce was known for his exceptional kicking skills?

Somebody's eyes are failing, that's for sure. Yours or the author's?

Meanwhile, it just goes to show that to build a successful culture you have to recruit from successful clubs... erm...

And you liked helicopters.

You try kicking a helicopter. It takes a lot of skill and finesse to be able to do that consistently like CB.

THink of all that IP and 'winning culture' they bring from us to the Dawks....

yep, & they haven't won one since, was it 08' ?

with that list?

Mitcthell Hodge, Buddy, Roughy, Lewis, Cyril, etc. 2008 - 4 years ago, & the list of talent aging.

Bruces kicking was fine as long as there was no one within 15 meters of him.

Bruce was fine full stop before Guerra dumped him hard into the ground at Docklands.

He was never the same player afterwards!

You all turn a thread about building a successful coaching staff from ex-MFC people, into a Bruce "bashing" fest.

I love it.

Yep!

Absolute Hack!

One B&F

Two Runners Up

Top ten for ten years in a row in B&F

Until Bailey in 2008 more goals than games played.

Mugs like Buckley, Hird, Johnson rated him as their toughest opponent.

Hell we have replaced him with Byrnes, Rodan etc.

All sensational models for our young players.

A real win for us!

We have also lost those hacks Junior and Greeney!

Carlton wanted Greeneys' Knowledge!

The Giants wanted Juniors!

The Hawks wanted Bruces!

Melbourne are bursting with senior models??

Yes!

The club really made the right choices!!!

Bruce was fine full stop before Guerra dumped him hard into the ground at Docklands.

He was never the same player afterwards!

He started the year with three best on ground, then driven into ground.

Essendon held a players meeting under sheedy to vote on getting Cam even at a high price, Led by Lloyd and Hird they all agreed. People have short memories. Not many utilities kick 7 goals a game. About time those twisted supporters kept their ignorance to themselves. What 's to be gained by mauling our own past players..says a lot about the poster..its sick

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns.
