Mark Fine on SEN last week provided a very good analysis of the whole issue and lucidly described issues surrounding also Carlton Collingwood and Fremantle. because of The Rhodes Scholar i have no doubt the AFL do not want to penalize Carlton a 2nd time, even though the EVIDENCE against Carlton for the last 12 weeks of 2007 is much stronger and clear cut.

IMO it would be a boards position to act on, which in this case, includes the cardboard cartels insider.
