Would be happy to have him at the club if he doesn't cost much. He was a star junior, but has had trouble adapting up there on the Gold Coast. He has been homesick and wanting to come home to Victoria to be with family. He also had a niggling ankle injury preseason which meant he isn't as fit as he should be at the moment. A healthy mind and body is what he needs. If he is back home in Vic, gets fitter over preseason, he could be a very good get for us. He has a booming kick and could become out kick-out specialist, similar to Guerra/Suckling at the Hawks. Has the talent! I'd say get him cheaply if we can!

Highly-rated-by-consensus juniors sometimes just don't live up to expectations.

Worth reposting over on the various "should we take Viney at 3" threads, where people are constantly salivating over any number of "highly-rated-by-consensus juniors", and doing themselves physical harm because we mightn't be able to take them because we're locked into Viney.

Could be a cheap pick up for us, offer a late draft pick or we could pick him up in the PSD for nothing.

Still no trade done for Toy as yet.

Similar to Jacobs, we should get in his ear and if a trade doesn't go through have him nominate for the PSD so we could potentially grab him there. Either he or Jacobs depending if they were available?

Would it be worth taking a punt on Toy and offering all of our late picks to GC for him. He looks like he may go for free otherwise. GC could then give the picks out to people on Surfers Paradise beach.

They dont need heaps of picks, i think they will help him get to any club for nothing at all really, see morton. Due to his condition ect, and they obviously havnt been offered anything under 50 i imagine.

Think I would be happy if we got him even if he couldn't play. Just make today a bit better. If he was ok, he could be a steal.

    Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training.     There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training.     A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
