I thought that this would come up. Am also suprised by the amount of love he is getting here. I though that most feel the same as you TM.

Personally, I dont think he intentially plays to get the high tackle. I think it is just his natural reaction to attempt to shrug off a tackle, and it turns out that that action pushes the tacklers arm up toward his head. Either way, he gets it first.

As my friend would say, he can duck his head for me any day.

Seriously, Joel Selwood is amazing. I absolutely love watching him go about his footy. Gun! :wub:

1. M. Scarlett - the guy is never worried, always looks like he has the situation under control

2. S. Fisher - just like him, i know he isnt the best one on one defender, but just like him

3. Buddy/Kennedy/Tippett - cant decide between the three, but good, exciting young full forwards (i wish we had one)

if hypothetically we could pick up three players for 2012 I would choose:

Jack Reiwoldt

Nathan Fyfe

Jonathon Patton (yep, getting on the bandwagon early)

I've played on Patton plenty of times. Tore me a new one haha
