Anyone keen to start another league?

Was in a Demonland one last year and took out the granny :) Good fun

I just started another Demonland League.

It's called, quite originally, 'Demonland 3'. Invite code is 378210. All welcome. Good luck!

Goodvibes league is now full.

I've started Demonland 4. Ideally I'd like decent Dreamteamers, as I don't like taking candy from a baby.

My name: Franger Banger B)

Code: 224561

I'm there Bang Bang. Similar result to previous years I'd imagine.

I must say I'm struggling this year. Trying to get the mix right is not easy with the bye and multiple positions.

Hope I can give you a run for your money but I'd not be backing myself!!

Excellent ! Perhaps some of our other old foes can renew acquaintances ?

If you need any help feel free to pm me your team. I haven't changed my team since Friday, so am pretty much locked and loaded.

Thanks Hannabal. I've joined up. If time spent preparing a team is any indication of how I will go... I should romp it in. Created a team on the day the comp opened and changed it every other day since!!!

Cheers... and bring on the footy!

I started my team a few weeks before the comp opened using Monty's FanFooty website. Like you it's changed on a daily basis ever since, but I haven't made one change since last Friday. The trigger finger is still itchy, but I've just got to have faith with my plan and judgment.

Filling fast - 6 spots taken with 10 left.

Snoopster, Supercoach just isn't my game. Thanks anyway.

Four spots remaining.

Had my friend Sarah join, she is pretty likely to win unfortunately.

I'm possibly going mad, but Demonland 4 which I created doesn't appear as one of my leagues any longer. It was full yesterday, but seems to have vanished.

Can someone that joined this league let me know if it has disappeared for them too ?

Still there for me H.

Are you in more than 3 leagues ? If you are you might need to click the right arrow next to the leagues to see Demonland 4. League is full of 16 teams. All good.

edit: And your Franger Banger team is still present.

I'm only in two leagues. Yesterday my two league squares both said 16/16, but this morning my first box says 16/16 and my second league through to my 5th say "join". I've scrolled along, but there's no sign of D4.

HALF FULL by KC from Casey

It was a case of the Casey Demons going into a game with a glass half full in their match up against the Brisbane Lions at Casey Fields on Saturday. As the list of injured and unavailable AFL and VFL listed players continues to grow and with Melbourne taking all three emergencies to Perth for the weekend on a “just in case” basis, its little brother was always destined to struggle. Casey was left with only eight AFL listed players from who to select their team but only two - an out-of-form

GAMEDAY: Rd 10 vs West Coast

It's Game Day and the Demons have returned to the site of their drought breaking Premiership to take on the West Coast Eagles in what could very well be a danger game for Narrm at Optus Stadium. A win and a percentage boost will keep the Dees in top four contention whilst a loss will cast doubt on the Dees flag credentials and bring them back to the pack fighting for a spot in the 8 as we fast approach the halfway point of the season.

    WARNING by William from Waalitj

As a long term resident of Waalitj Marawar, I am moved to warn my fellow Narrm fans that a  danger game awaits. The locals are no longer the easybeats who stumbled, fumbled and bumbled their way to the good fortune of gathering the number one draft pick and a generational player in Harley Reid last year. They are definitely better than they were then.   Young Harley has already proven his worth with some stellar performances for a first year kid playing among men. He’s taken hangers, k

OVER YET? by KC from Casey

The Friday evening rush hour clash of two of the VFL’s 2024 minnows, Carlton and the Casey Demons was excruciatingly painful to watch, even if it was for the most part a close encounter. I suppose that since the game had to produce a result (a tie would have done the game some justice), the four points that went to Casey with the win, were fully justified because they went to the best team. In that respect, my opinion is based on the fact that the Blues were a lopsided combination that had

    CENTIMETRES by Whispering Jack

Our game is one where the result is often decided by centimetres; the touch of a fingernail, a split-second decision made by a player or official, the angle of vision or the random movement of an oblong ball in flight or in its bounce and trajectory. There is one habit that Melbourne seems to have developed of late in its games against Carlton which is that the Demons keep finding themselves on the wrong end of the stick in terms of the fine line in close games at times when centimetres mak
