There are so many infuriating teams this year, Roos, Saints, Crows, Pies, Bombers, I can't ever ****ing tip em.

Interesting Result

Daniel Rich

Nicholas Natanui

Jack Watts

Looks like it really is going to be our call.

The Plot Thickens

Rich, Naitanui and Watts... i'd be happy with all 3. i'll just trust Prendergast.

i have a personal preference for Rich because i think we need to improve our midfield desperately but Watts would also be awesome for our KPP.

Coming last is VERY important also because it gives us pick 1 in the PSD.

If we get Warnock with pick 1 PSD, then we are essentially getting pick 14 for free... Because if we payed Warnock's real trade value he is worth ATLEAST Cam Wood last year, if not worth more...

LEt's get WArnock, sure up our Ruck stocks for the next 10 yrs... then pick up Rich or Watts...

plus pick 17 and 19... exciting times ahead

I would go for a bigger player eg, Watts or Nat as they take longer to develop. Mids are easier to come by (although perhaps not as good as Rich) and develop quicker. We also have a number of young mid types including Maric and Grimes and no doubt another one or two this draft.

however, mate..if we finish third last which would be the absolute best place we could finish in...freo would have a psd pick over us, and they are obviously not going to take warnock

and WC would have a PSD pick over us and i doubt would take warnock because they know that he would want to go home

It's not over yet. I still think the Melb v WC game in a few weeks will be the deciding factor as to who finishes last. And don't count Freo out just yet.

This is turning out to be a round of upsets so let's not discount the possibility of the Dees doing exactly that to the Kangaroos tomorrow.

Things look grim. I still think we can win another 2 games this season.

North and Essendon are not that good. We still play WC. They are winable games!

Have to disagree there Wrathchild, I've seen Essendon over the past 6 weeks and they're playing great football with a severely undermanned squad. They will beat us soundly next week.

As for North, they rotate between quality side, average side, and total crap. And if West Coast play like they did yesterday, we won't beat them either I don't think.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
