The bloke is 22 goals away from cracking the 800 goal barrier.

That is an unbelievable effort for a guy that has played with the worst midfields in the comp since he arrived on the scene. In fact, he has seen just two Finals series.

Imagine he ever played in an elite team with blokes that could kick the ball?

Some people debate whether or not he is a champion.

I dont think there is any doubt that he is.

Some people debate whether or not he is a champion.

There are degrees of everything. He's a notch below quite a number, but is thereabouts.

And so is our David Neitz.

Look, I respect Richo, and to be playing the way he is at 33 and 100kg is amazing, but I HATE him.

Mostly because I have seen him rip apart the Dees too many times in close games over the past 10 years for me to like him!!

I admire Richo.

He is a freak on the field, and a very loyal servant to a crap club off the field. He reminds me a lot of Neita in that respect.

If only Neita was till running around making the impact Richo is at his age :(

I love to bag him at the game but I love him, think he is a loyal player who could have left years ago for better clubs who would in turn probably made him look a lot better.

Love him. He bleeds for his football club and it's great to see him playing so well at this late stage of his career. He's an inspiration.

If he wins the Brownlow, he'll be one of the most popular victors since Jimmy.

Love him. Gun player over a long time frame. Hope he wins Charlie! Also gets thrown out of a night club and no-one gives a [censored] - "Ah good old Richo".

Like him except for his constant dummy-spitting and shouting at team mates. He surely must have been tempted over the years to leave Punt Road in search of a premiership, but to his credit he stuck around and didn't desert them when they needed him.

If I had to deal with the crap he has icer the journey I reckon I would have smacked the crap outta the midfield with the amount of times they have burned him.

Posted

Love him. His huge heart especially. And he's incredibly entertaining when he does one of his dummy spits, always at his own team-mates. Brilliant!

big sook. he's entertaining, but i'd hate to have him in my side. as for kicking 800, he kicked most of them by cheating in the goal square. If he's a champion we don't set the sandard high enough.

Richo is a TRUE superstar. Love watching him boot bags and berate team-mates.

I always thought, and still do, that he's a pretty boy. But he's been, very, VERY loyal and would have been one of the greatest had his team been successful. I like him. I've always had a quiet likeness for him. It's good that he's having such a good year. He's not arrogant and hates losing. He's very emotional and I like that.

He's extremely entertaining, i'll give him that!

Can't stand the guy. The only time i can stand him is when he's playing against any team except Melbourne, in which case, i love him.

Love him. Can't help it.

me too, he's good value and seems a pretty nice bloke

I love his dummy spits

My thoughts exactly

I was spitting my own dummy on Sunday when i didn't see him spit his.

You can't help but admire him, works hard all game, takes a great mark and is generally a good kick. But his best quality is his entertainment factor when he has a tantrum

The tough on baller won his second Keith 'Bluey' Truscott Trophy in a narrow battle with skipper Max Gawn and Alex Neal-Bullen and battled on manfully in the face of a number of injury niggles. DITCHA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I attended some of the training today. Richo spoke to me and said not to believe what is in the media, as we will good this year. Jefferson and Kentfield looked big and strong.  Petty was doing all the training. Adams looked like he was in rehab.  KE

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025.
