Round 6 Non MFC games
Richmond’s game plan but with skill, that’s why they flogged them in last years prelim.

What to do with Nathan Jones
Hibberd has 1 year left but should be paid out. Garlett also to go. Jones should play the remainder off the season if fit, the other 3 should make way for the kids. I don’t subscribe to the rebuild theory, I honestly believe we can be next year where we all thought we would be this season.

I don’t regret the Watts or Hogan trades and I don’t think I’d regret him going either.

PREGAME: Rd 06 vs Richmond
If Brandon Ellis was playing for us tonight would that swing the game in our favour? What about Prestia, Broad or Edwards? Balta, Stack, Higgins or Baker? Tigers game plan as mentioned earlier relies on speed and pressure, and on current form being us getting pantsed by the Saints and Tigers beating Port at home missing five of their best doesn’t look good for us. We clearly don’t have as many skilled ball users as Collingwood but we need to do what they did and match Richmond’s pressure, there will be no excuses for not doing that. We need to lay some big bone crunching tackles and hurt them. Starting with Jones, line someone up and clean them up....fairly. Pushing and shoving equates to nothing. Our intensity must be there for four quarters or don’t bother at all. And the ability to hit the scoreboard would go a long way to winning this game. Id love to know what Jones has done if anything with regards to getting the guys up for this game. Carn the Demons.

I feel your pain, but I’ll be going all the same. Coming back to Melbourne also allows me to catch up with friends and family.

PREGAME: Rd 06 vs Richmond
Tigers are a good side but not highly skilled, unlike Collingwood. Look what the Pies did to them last year in the prelim. We need to play like we did against Geelong in the elimination tomorrow night if we are to be any chance. Our tackling that night hurt Geelong, our intensity overwhelmed them. Right now we’re no chance so to be any chance we need to beat them at their own game. Demons for the win, I’m not done with this year yet.

Sack everyone (mega-thread)
I would of thought that playing in a team that had a great back 6 and playing in a premiership he’d know quite a bit. He would of played against some great setups and have some insight into what works and what doesn’t. He may not necessarily be the best but surely he’s no mug.

Questions that need to be answered.
I’ve already got flights and accommodation for the Hawks game and Queens birthday so I’ll be going regardless. I made the comment last night that besides AVB and Hannan who are we missing when we won rd 22, 23, elimination and the qualifying. Whilst their not stars they are important to our list and their respective roles late last year. Could someone please explain how the new 666 rule is killing us? I think it’s a non issue, we win plenty of clearances at centre bounces. Our entry’s into fwd 50 and ability to keep the ball in there are far bigger issues. Ive never bought into the “it takes years to learn a game plan”, our players (the majority) can play. Clearly it’s not working so change it up. Tigers beating Port last week showed every team what is possible.

Jones and Lewis can join him.

GAMEDAY: Rd 05 vs St Kilda
Another honest session. Another presser with Jones telling us how it still burns. Or the club releasing another video of the players chanting our house. Time to cut the crap. Jones a s Lewis to retire, Hibberd can join them, and trade Petracca.

Realistically who’s missing from the side that beat Geelong and Hawthorn in last years finsls? AVB and Hannan is all I can think off.

Round 5 Non MFC games
Betting is almost impossible at the moment. I understand rounds 1-3 you shouldn’t bet but the trend continues.
