  1. Another option is a series of say $5 or $10 multis taking some obvious ones along with some long shots. For example in 2016 i put a number of them on, one being $10 bet Coleman : Josh Kennedy @ $2.75 Brownlow : Paddy Dangerfield @ $9.00 Premiers : Bulldogs @ $12.50 (for the life of me I can’t remember why I picked them) Rising Star : Clayton Oliver @ $10:00 (Calum Mills was the winner). Five bets @ $10 & 10 bets @ $5 give one the opportunity to take a range of possibilities and the fun lasts the whole season.
  2. I wouldn’t be complaining if that Oliver / Petracca in 2027 after delivery back to back flags in 2025/26.
  3. I only bet with Sportsbet, I’d be surprised if a cash out option was available after just seven rounds and if it was it wouldn’t be very much, possibly lower than the amount of the original bet. We’re talking about a 23 rd season with a lot to play out (including injuries), then on personal note out clubs finals campaign in 2022/23.
  4. Fritsch. But let’s get the ball in there quicker and let him beat his opponent in one v one.
  5. In my defence it’s an ageing memory….
  6. Busy at work so haven’t read all the posts, this may have already been mentioned. The last time we drafted the Larke medalist was 2014 in Petracca, Langford won it this year. The last time we drafted the Morrish Medalist was 2015 in Oliver, Lindsay won it this year.
  7. Red herring hand grenades being thrown everywhere.
  8. Take that back, no more Tauru discussion please until we’ve drafted him.
  9. I don’t see him just as a third tall defender / intercept mark. I think he can become a very damaging & dangerous fwd. Having him and JVR up fwd for years to come wound very exciting.
  10. To me his kicking looked better that Allan’s, and from what I’ve read Draper can’t kick and Allan is elite.
  11. To be fair not many of us have the time. The majority of us on here (myself included) and basing our opinions purely on highlight reels.
  12. I just watched his BOG performance during the VM v VC match, would hardly call that elite kicking. Gets plenty of it but a lot of kicks to contests, not necessarily to his teammates advantage, also one into the man in the mark, a scrubber and a handball straight to the opposition. A missed opportunity when going inside fwd 50 when he went long to a contest and could have centred it. Two or three nice kicks to open up the play and one to a leading fwd but a big call to call him an elite kick. Just my thoughts on a 6 minute highlights clip.
  13. Who has concerns over his kicking? Edit : I missed your earlier post. From his highlights his kicking wasn’t too bad.
  14. Ok, was able to find it, it simply read “North Melbourne is understood to have knocked back the Crows offer of pick 4 and 2 future 3rd selections for pick 2”. Chris Cavanagh & Matt Turner (I took a screenshot but file was apparently to big to upload)
  15. A highly regarded news source….FB🤦🏼‍♂️ I follow a lot of AFL pages, can’t remember which one it was.
  16. I’m going to have rewatch what I just watched then. I just watched his highlights for the first time and would have his disposal & vision to put a teammate in a better position ahead of Jagga Smith. No doubt Jagga is elusive around the stoppage but his disposal is hardly elite.
  17. I just read it got knocked back by North.
  18. He’s a weapon, [censored] I hope we land him.
  19. If that’s how it played out I’d rather take Tauru than Smith.
  20. The biggest loser of our fixture is the bombers who have our 2025 1st rd pick.
  21. For what we deserved. Still got Anzac Eve and KB.
