??? Dawes & Grimes to the tiggers, for Deledio + a 4th Rnd pick ??? thoughts. Deledio could help us for 2 - 3 seasons, as we develop other skilled young players
-
we will trade p26 to move up the order, no doubt, & some players. Our pick numbers will all change during the trade periods. I expect we will have a top 15 pick, but we won't take many kids this year, as we need maturity more from the 2016 Trade/Draft period. I expect us to recruit kids from the 2017 draft, moreso.

I think Garlo is more versatile & coach-able. Maybe why he got 3yrs last year. Dunn is capable for a team with a different setup than our gameplan, a more trad game plan. He would be good for brissy depending on their structures, & also Dawes could help them with leadership. These both being conservative leaders. They need to lose some of that street cred up there, & gain some smarts. They will be in transition from here on, so will need players who can steady them. The other one is Grimesy, but he may join his brother? I think the most likely, if Brissy like any of these 3 players, is we will trade with them, for players. Who I don't know, i don't know their list well enough.

Trade, don't know about trade, but I think he would be of use to them. Grimey is a mature man & player, who doesn't suit our zone structures. A change for him will be beneficial to his game mind & to the club he goes to. Old habits are hard to break in the old environment.

ahh, Grass Hopper, see if you can snatch this little pebble from the hairy side of my hand. When you can, we will be ready to win a Flag.

Tiredness makes me childish, playful & fun at heart. Focus is a victim of tiredness.

I suspect they would be more interested in Grimes & Dunn to help with leadership as they rebuild the right way.

We need an agile quick 200cm forward/follower, who is strong when the ball is on the deck, and will defend aggressively. can catch can ruck.

I was once a Vickery supporter. But he has not developed as he should have, & appears lazy to me, just going through the motions. He's a disappointment to his talent.
-
I think ANB can be our Tom Mitchell type. same development cycle. hard work.

dark matter my wallet is currently full of it... how much would you want. send a stamped self addressed envelope, & I can send you all you need.

Better get some key positon players back to Casey before the finals, & send keilty off to the surgeon then. don't want him in front of any tv cameras. always got to be patient with talls. as long as they are providing the required work ethic,

A sense of the crowds hunger for the Dees to win, win, win.

It was a nice try Kelly. We should have thought of it earlier in the season.

Actually our position, is more like '86. The level of our development I'm talking about, not the ladder position & recent wins, but our readiness. We at a similar standard & maturity in our young stocks to 1986. In '87, we recruited Viney, Spalding, Dean, Koop, etc, which, added to our young kids who all grew up playing together via U-19's reserves etc, added a lot of confidence, both footy ability & size/power confidence.

Demons development, nullitas !

Its all a question of balance. Balancing the numbers against the needs.

http://www.foxsports.com.au/afl/out-of-form-collingwood-key-forward-travis-cloke-set-for-massive-pay-cut-due-to-incentivebased-contract/news-story/e95a3845287ef85c113601327852cb3c Still contracted on the wobblers board until next year, lets leave them intact, so they can get to now one another just a little better. He's eating they're salary cake & spot. And we don't want to help them go after the Weed anytime soon. They need one another.

It sounds a bit like Gary Ablett jnr. Poor choice for captain. And Judd, again, not the best choice for captain. Clubs need Mitchell, Hodge, or Cam Smith types, to lead them.

IF they give the Lions a Priority pick, it better be this year 2016, they need it. And some assistance off field, to get that culture right, as its gone sour over the last 4 - 5 seasons. The AFL can't let that culture go as it is any longer, or it will become chronic. We all need a fit & firing Lions, up North.
