He's out of contract at the minute and he'll probably be targetted by Carl, Rich, us, and Ess.

Whether he stays or goes, no-one knows...

dont think wed have a shot... richmond should have the cash and wud snap him up at pick 2 in pre season draft if he decides to leave.... he is definately still a potential star... that game against collingwood showed that... needs to do it more often though.... chipping in with 2-3 goals a game...

hopefully having fellow nt players whelan, davey, weetra with us could entice him our way

he would be good to have no doubt, heaps of talent

richmond have pick 1 in the pre season draft..so we can't get him if they're interested..which i bet your bottom dollar they are

depends who wants to show him the money

everytime an exiting player pops up everyone gives us NO chance of retaining them. the whole "melbourne are interseted aswell" has popped up way too much in the last 3-4 weeks for my liking

I would love Brennan to head to the tigers. With the tiggies using pick one on JB, that increases the chance of us landing Xavier Clarke with pick 3 (if he walks or is cut)

out of interest, if we have pick two and we're interested, how could essendon be considered above us? it's my understanding that if richmond don't get him, we simply sign him then..or is there more to it?

We actually have pick 3, but your argument stands. Once again we are being ignored, I feel.

I would take him in a heartbeat

You can never have enough talent

The kid booted 7 goals on the MCG vs Collingwood this year, and also pantses Buddy Franklin in round 1

Will be a shame if he goes to the Bombers and wastes away under Matthew Knights and Matthew LLoyd. That will be two talents lost in the space of a month (Judd the other)

Gifted and talented but lazy and erratic.

Hmmm ... which recently departed Melbourne player does that remind me of?

yeah, but he is 28 and has no scope for improvement

You cant compare the two

He was exactly the same as TJ at the end of 2002.

The comparison is indeed valid.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
