K underwood is a terrible commentator to listen to right up there with BT. Her voice is so grating

Yet you're making the decision to listen to her. 😵

You do know it's on FTA on Channel 7 yeah? No Underwood and no Brereton.

Alternatively, stop choosing to listen to the commentary and use that mute button instead.

Nothing left to play for except pride, and suddenly we look like a top-four side again.

Magic from Fritsch, Petracca dominant, Oliver lively and Chandler lifting his game.

Just forget the (justified) moans about Kellie Underwood, folks, and enjoy the Dees showing a bit of genuine class.

Of course, one has to add the caveat that this is Melbourne and there are two quarters to go ..............

I changed to ABC radio but that was just as bad.

AFL National has Ox ho is pretty fair - he did have a bit of a go at JVR’s dropped mark. Hey Ox - how about dropping down to training and offer a hand to the club that gave you the opportunity to achieve fame??

Turn the sound down & turn on the subtitles😁

Good idea although I hate reading at the footy!!!!!

Not anymore.

I highly doubt we are fired up at all, it just looks like a bruise free game of no defence tbh.

JVR one of the big disappointments of the year imo. I don’t think he’s going to make it.

WTAF

I’ve said it a hundred times, there are posters who just want to be miserable.

Dee’s are taking the game on being brave with their ball movement but this is what you chose to post.

If you’re at the game leave

What a worthwhile inclusion Petty has been instead of Jeffo.

NOT!

Jeffo today in VFL completed and led etc I mean I know or just VFL but he looked great and we should be persisting. Him and JVR are our future

Shut up Brereton ya peanut.

Cannot understand how she gets a gig tbh.

What about Dermie. Just as bad. Can't stand the bloke.

its a pity jeffo is missing out today.

we're playing well and could have been a good opportunity for him to build confidence against a poor team

Umpire called play on the saints player was standing next to his opponent at the time.

Thanks, not arguing but should he have been that close anyway? Just another part of the game that has gone past me from when I played in the last century....lol.

No idea. Terrible commentating from both her and that Brereton dinosaur.

One of the commentators told us JARED Rivers was on the ground.

Agree but if we played good footy we wouldn’t be playing much in sundays either.

there's nothing he can't do*

*accurate set shots inside 30m from goal excepted

Running Bounce.

He might actually be able to do them but it is on record he swore an oath not to.

Maybe for the memes in his final game in 2031.

Really enjoying this game, especially a Fritsch looking so good

This!

i really hope we have this version of fritsch next season

taking marks, kicking goals and laying tackles

JVR really makes a mess of almost every touch he gets.

Just a clumsy dude 😐

and unselfishly laying the ball off for lindsay

this is as good as he has played since 2021

Great mark Fritta and handpass to Lindsay for goal #2!

Edited by gs77

I swear Fritsch cradled the opponent's neck to ensure the head was supported as he brought him to ground.

Good dad vibes.

And on today's form if you had to drop a baby out of a burning window, you'd want him to be the one waiting below.

Fritsch the most selfless player in the world right now 😹

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
