Hot start, we look fired up and wanting to bring some physicality

Viney really energetic early. Nice for him to grab a goal.

Oooeee isn't Langford looking good early, too!

Have we ever had a worse bunch of Commentators.

well done lindsay. knew he was getting hit there but didn't shy away

Watch Brereton get quieter and quieter the bigger our lead becomes.

Loving Windsor and Kozzi taking the centre bounces

I highly doubt we are fired up at all, it just looks like a bruise free game of no defence tbh.

Underwood and Brereton......sheesh

this is why i listen to music rather than tv commentary when forced to watch on the tv

and when i say forced i mean 'thought about going docklands; thought better of it'

We've got a trio of the worse dribblers in the league.

I'm calling them "the Tribble team"

Relative to our start last week, this is much much better

Good physical and positive intent so far. It feels as if there was pent up frustration by the Alice Springs disappointment especially when you consider that was StKilda’s last win.

But very good for constipation

Great to see Fritta so hungry again.

His recent resurrection has been a long time coming.

Chandler in scintillating form.

Tracc showing some great kicking.

  • PREVIEW: West Coast

It was bad enough that the Melbourne Football Club created yet another humiliating scenario inside its wretched season at Marvel Stadium last Sunday, but the final insult is that it has been commanded to return to the scene of the crime to inflict further punishment on its fans this week. Incidentally, if this match preview, of a game that promises to be one of the most unattractive fixtures in the history of the game, happens to cut out of your computer screen three quarters of the way through, it’s no coincidence. I’ll be mirroring the Demons’ lacklustre effort against St Kilda from last Sunday when they conceded the largest last quarter turnaround for victory in the history of the game.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.
